Login to the Sportbet system, go to the Cashier page and select "All Other Methods" from the drop down menu. Once there, click on the 3rd green icon with the dollar & arrow sign & will take you to the Payouts section. Once there, click on the Check icon & fill in the information required in the following page.
A certified check will be sent within 24-48 hours after your request has been submitted if entered before 1:00 PM ET Monday through Thursday. This payment option is available to US and Canadian customers ONLY. The minimum withdrawal amount that can be sent via certified check is $1000 and maximum $3000. You can request a maximum of one check every 7 days. Please check with Customer Support for the availability of this method in your area.
For first time payouts, US customers may request a check in the amount of $1000 up to $2450. Please note, we are unable to send first time check payouts to the states of Hawaii, Alaska, Washington State and Maryland.
US customers receive checks sent using express delivery in
approximately 10 business days after the date the redemption is
processed. In order to have a smooth cashing process, deposit your
check through bank machine tellers as soon as it is received.
Cashier checks and money orders must be deposited through a bank
machine teller as soon as received or within 2 weeks of receiving
your payment. Sportbet cannot be held liable for cashing difficulties
when more than 2 weeks have passed from the issuing date of the money
orders or checks, and monies will not be refunded.
Internal policies of the bank account in which checks are deposited could cause delays in the clearing process. This varies account to account and bank to bank. Sportbet will not be held responsible for cashing delays caused by your bank.
Money Order payouts are available exclusively to customers who use only Money Orders as a deposit method. If you exclusively use a Money Orders deposit you can now request a Money Order payout for up to $9500.
IMPORTANT: Check payouts sent by express courier are issued to the address registered on file ONLY. Errors in addresses are the customer's responsibility and the 5Dimes Group will not be held responsible for delays or missing packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Please make sure to confirm the accuracy of the account's address with our Customer Service Staff BEFORE a payout is processed, this will help ensure the receipt of Express Courier packages sent to you.
