Person to Person deposits are processed Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM ET to 10:00 PMET and Sundays 9:00 AM ET to 8:00 PM ET from your local retail location.  We might have available locations 24/7, contact our Customer Service Staff via Live Chat for details. 

We accept cash transactions only.  Although we have received transactions made online, we hold no responsibility if the agency doesn’t accept or confirm the transaction.  Any fees for failed non-cash transactions will not be applied.

No transactions will be credited until we receive confirmation from our agency.  Upon receiving the reference/control number, deposits generally take 20-40 minutes to be confirmed and posted to the account.  However, on weekends and game days it may take up to 2 hours.  We advise customers to deposit with anticipation of the start time of a particular event.

Customers are limited to one transaction every 8 days in their name per provider.  If you have had a transaction in the past 8 days using this method, inform a Customer Service Representative so you are insured the proper instructions.

Person to Person Green Option
The minimum amount that you may deposit using the Person to Person method is $100, maximum allowed is $2850.  Deposit information for amounts greater than $1500 need to be requested directly with our Customer Service Staff.

Fees are covered on deposit amounts of $250 or more.  The fee charged may vary depending on the amount sent and state of origin.  Only the amount confirmed by the agency will be reimbursed into your account.  Use of credit/debit cards, instead of cash to do the transaction, may result in the transfer being returned to the sender.  Additional fees incurred using credit/debit cards which exceed cash transaction fees will not be covered.

Customers must use the green colored form for International Person to Person transactions.

Person to Person Red Option
There is a minimum deposit of $100, and a maximum deposit of $970.

Fees are covered on deposit amounts of $250 or more.  The fee charged may vary from $9.95 to $11.95.  Only the amount confirmed by the agency will be reimbursed into your account.  Use of credit/debit cards, instead of cash to do the transaction, may result in the transfer being returned to the sender.  Additional fees incurred using credit/debit cards which exceed cash transaction fees will not be covered.

We process Person to Person withdrawals Mondays through Sundays from 9:00 AM ET to 1:00 PM ET.  Payouts are processed only under the account holder’s name.

Red Option:
The minimum amount to be sent is $100 and the maximum is $850. Fees range from $17 to $57 according to the amount. When the transaction qualifies to be your free payout, Sportbet will cover $40 of the fee charged.  Please check with our Customer Service Staff for availability on payouts via this method.

It takes up to 24 hours after the withdrawal is processed to receive your reference number needed to pick up the transfer.  It is possible this number will be available after 7:0 pm ET on the day of the request.  If the number is not available at that time, it will be available after 10:00am ET the following day.

Green Option:
The minimum amount to be sent is $100 and the maximum is $2500.  Fees range from $15 to $110 according to the amount.  When the transaction qualifies to be your free payout, Sportbet will cover $40 of the fee charged.  You must contact our Customer Service Staff to check your eligibility to receive a payment through this option.

It takes up to 24 hours after the withdrawal is processed to receive the information required to pick up your transaction.

Remember, Person to Person redemption requests processed on Mondays between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM ET may qualify to be sent free of charge or to have a discount applied on the processing fee if no payouts have been processed in your account during the past 30 days. If you have received a withdrawal from Sportbet in the past 30 days you are NOT eligible for a free withdrawal. You are allowed ONE free withdrawal every 30 days only. If you wish to wait 30 days and until a Monday to have your redemption processed for free, you must contact Customer Service at the time of your request via Live Chat. You may also call 1-800-430-5896.  Any payout request that does not qualify to be sent for free will be processed having the corresponding fees applied without exceptions.

Sportbet holds no liability for funds sent to clients blacklisted by the Green Option processor.  For clients taking payouts via the Green Option that have not deposited using this method, Sportbet cannot be held liable for funds frozen by the processor.  Any frozen funds due to a blacklisted receiver name are considered gone and will not be refunded at any time.  Clients depositing using this method under their names will have no issues redeeming funds through it.
