The 2011 AT&T National is a 72-hole stroke-play tournament featuring the top 120 PGA TOUR Professional golfers. This PGA tournament will be hosted at the gorgeous Aronimink Golf Club in Newton Square, Pennsylvania. The event will be held during the 4th of July weekend, starts on June 27th and will end on Sunday July 3rd, 2011.
The tournament relocated to Aronimink Golf Club outside Philadelphia for two years 2010 and 2011 while the Congressional prepares to host the '11 U.S. Open. Congressional members, who last year agreed to bring the AT&T National back in '12, own a three-year option to extend the event's deal through '17.

The local tourney has had a variety of names since 1980, including the FBR Capital Open and the Kemper Open, and has been played at both Congressional, and at TPC at Avenel in Potomac, over the years.
