The College World Series has some of the most exciting baseball betting action in June of every year. The College World Series, or the CWS games have been played at the same location, Rosenblatt Stadium, since 1950.

Each Summer the city in Nebraska opens up its arms to the fans of the participating college teams and provides them with an unforgettable CWS betting experience.

The CWS format divides the 8 teams that qualify into two separate 4-team double-elimination brackets and the winners from each bracket advance to play each other in a best of 3 CWS Championship series, in a quest for a national championship.

2009 College World Series
The 2009 College World Series will begin on Saturday, June 13 and conclude either June 23 or June 24, 2009 on Omaha. All 17 possible baseball games will be televised wither on ESPN or ESPN2.

College World Series Results

The LSU Tigers won the 2009 College World Series, soundly defeating the Texas Longhorns 11-4 in a decisive Game 3. The win gives LSU baseball its the sixth national championship.
