Week 11 College Betting Picks
College Football Week 11 Predictions Picks
| Nov 10th 12:00 PM ET Cardinals vs Orange |
ABC |
This game will be a passing Bonanza; both of these teams rank in the top 25 in passing offense and both average 300+ passing yards a game; neither one counts on a particularly good defense, nor do they rely much on the running game. The Cardinals will have to look to play more over the middle and slant routes, as their receivers are smaller than the defending corners. As for Syracuse, I expect to see much more post routing runs and sideline routes to get away from Louisville safeties. Louisville Cardinals (9) vs. Syracuse Orange
| Nov 10th, 3:30 PM ET Mountaineers vs Cowboys |
ABC/ESPN2 |
If there is one thing these two teams have in common is their love for throwing the football; running the ball in either of their cases is simply a lost cause. Both of these programs are ranked in the top 5 in passing yards per game and the top 10 in points scored a game.
The Mountaineers are coming into this game with a chip on their shoulder having lost 3 consecutive games over the past three weeks. The Cowboys are also coming off a difficult loss last week against the Wildcats. Oklahoma State is -7.5 in this game and from what I have seen over the last few weeks, they are the only ones that will be able to get a stop on defense. West Virginia Mountaineers vs. Oklahoma State Cowboys
| Nov 10th, 7:00 PM ET Bulldogs vs Tigers |
ESPN |
After having the #1 team in the Nation on their heels for what seemed like the entire game, LSU goes full blitz with a minute and 42 seconds left in the game, Alabama played a screen over the middle and walked the ball into the end zone and that was all she wrote. The Bulldogs are coming off a bad loss as well last weekend, when Texas A&M walked into their home and beat them horribly in front of their home crowd. LSU is -14 points against this normally defensive Bulldogs team, my pick is the Tigers; they need a win here. Mississippi State Bulldogs (21) vs. LSU Tigers (7)
| Nov 10th, 3:30 PM ET Aggies vs. Crimson Tide |
CBS |
This one will be a little different, for one the Tide will be at home for this game and two the Aggies done have the defense that LSU had. I really do not think that Bama is in for a surprise, they are playing great all around football and are practically set for the BCS Title game. That does not mean that the Aggies cannot make a run for the money or that the Crimson Tide can show up unprepared, but after watch them at work last week against the Tigers, they are the best team in football and I expect them to prove it once again. Texas A&M Aggies (15) vs. Alabama Crimson Tide (1)
| Nov 10th 7:00 PM ET Wildcats vs Horned Frogs |
FOX |
The Wildcats are closing in on what could possibly be their best season in school history as they currently stand undefeated at 9 and 0 as well as ranked #2 overall, something they had never achieved until this year. The Horned Frogs know what is like, they have had their share of great seasons as well as high rankings but this game will not be won by the QB as offsetting as that sounds, it will be won on the defensive side of the ball and this is why… Kansas State Wildcats have a great playbook and execute very well, but they depend on their QB Collin Klien to run the ball too much, placing him in harm’s way. Kansas State Wildcats (2) vs. TCU Horned Frogs
