With an early bye week in the Mountaineers schedule, head coach Dana Holgorsen does not expect too many issues but this team, in my opinion, showed opponents that they have weaknesses that if exploited could make them somewhat of an easy target. The Dukes have had a good 2 game season opener with wins over St. Francis and Alcorn State but playing a Big-12 teams is a whole different ball game and the Dukes will have to move without the ball very well while keeping their linebackers organized on defense. I think we can all agree that we all expected a little more than what we have seen from the Demon Deacons this season. They opened their season against two not really good teams and in each game came away with the win but by a hair. This time they travel to Tallahassee to take on the #5 team in the country; the defense that we all expected will really need to show up in this game because if it doesn’t, they will have the longest afternoon in history. We have another interesting game early Saturday, when the Red Wolves travel to Memorial Stadium to take on the Cornhuskers. Both of these teams are 1 and 1 after Arkansas State lost their season opener to Oregon and Nebraska is looking to bounce back after losing to UCLA last weekend. Kansas may not be as famous for their football team as they are on the basketball court but they are known to throw down from time to time.
