• Not all telephone providers allow customer to dial 1-900 numbers. Please contact your local phone company to find out.
  • The 900 pay basic service is billed to your phone bill. The 900 number can only be dialed from a residential phone line.
  • There is no registration for this service. However you would be required to provide your personal information for every transaction made with 900pay.
  • The 900number is a toll free number. You will not be billed for calling this number.
  • You must dial from the same number you registered to each merchant site. Any information which is provided from your caller id must also correspond with the information provided on each transaction to this telephone number.
  • There is no service charge with 900pay. The only amount that will be billed to your phone is the purchase amount made online.
  
  

To fund your account using this method, just follow the steps below:

1. Once you login click on Cashier, choose deposit from the drop down window.
2. Click on 900Pay/eWalletXpress from the drop down window.
3. Select the amount you would like to deposit and fill out the information.
4. Click on NEXT this will take you to the eWalletXpress site
   
5. Read the disclaimer page carefully. Once you have accepted its contents, click on the option for high speed users if you wish to place the call yourself or on the option for dialup users if you wish to have the call dialed automatically via your modem.
6. If dialing manually, note the transaction number and 900 number that you are provided. Dial the 900 number from your phone and enter your transaction number when prompted.
7. You will be prompted to press 6 to accept the charges. Hold music will play while the transaction is being processed; a "chime" will sound indicating the process is now completed. The 900 call will end at which point you may hang up.
8. At this point click on the "proceed" button and you will be presented a receipt as a proof of purchase (Note: print and file receipt for future reference). If this page is lost as a result of you disconnecting from the internet to place the call please log back to your vendor account as you would normally do. Confirmation through an email will also be sent to you.
9. To return to the Vendor, click on the link that says "click here to return to your vendor site" and you will return back to your vendor's site.
