1. How do I collect my winnings?
You can use the Internet and go to the Casino Cashier to fill your Withdrawal Request or call our Customer Service Department 7 days a week from 10am to 10pm EST and we would be happy to process your redemption.
2. Does Sportbet have anyone located in the U.S. who can take my money and pay me my winnings?
No, all transactions take place outside of the United States. However, once the transaction has been completed then the funds can be sent to you in a variety of ways. Your funds arrive right at your doorstep or in your bank account.
3. Do I earn interest on my money that is on deposit?
No. Neither you nor Sportbet receives interest on your deposits. You have the right to manage your account balance, as you see fit.
