Some people use FedEx, UPS or DHL to send us a cashier's check, a certified check or a money order.

How to deposit funds to your Sportbet account using FedEx/UPS/DHL

First use Live Chat, e-mail or call us for express courier deposit information.  Sportbet accepts money orders from a number of popular merchants.  The minimum amount accepted is $100.  The minimum amount that must be deposited to have the courier fees covered is $1000. NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.

Remember that we will need your air bill tracking number to process your deposit.  Deposits are processed immediately upon receipt.  You must use an international air bill.

How to withdraw funds from your Sportbet account using FedEx/UPS/DHL

Login to the Sportbet system and go to the cashier page.  Use the Sportbet cashier page and select FedEx/DHL as the method of withdrawal, then enter the required information.

A certified check will be sent the same day if it has been requested before 1:00 PM ET Monday through Thursday. The minimum withdrawal amount that can be sent via certified check is $1000 and maximum $3000. You can request a maximum of one check every 48 hours. US customers receive checks sent using express delivery in 3-4 days after the date the redemption is processed. Please check with Customer Support for the availability of this method in your area.

Money Order payouts are available exclusively to customers who have made a Money Order deposit.  If you have made a Money Order deposit you can now request a Money Order payout for up to $9500.  There is a flat $80 fee for Money Order payouts.

Fees associated with FedEx/UPS/DHL

Deposits via FedEx-UPS-DHL are always free of charge and are processed within 24 hours upon receipt.

Withdrawal

$40 for $1000
$60 for $1001 up to $2000
$80 for $2001 up to $3000

Money Order payouts have a $80 fee.

Remember, checks redemption requests processed on Mondays between 9:00AM and 1:00PM ET may qualify to be sent free of charge. You are allowed to one free withdrawal every 30 days only.  If you wish to wait until Monday to have your redemption processed, you must contact Customer Service at the time of your request via Live Chat. If you have received a free withdrawal from SportBet via another method in the past 30 days you are NOT eligible for another free withdrawal.  Any payout request that does not qualify to be sent for free will be processed immediately with the corresponding fees applied.
