The following Rules and Policies are for users' protection and benefit. They form an agreement between Sportbet Sportsbook and Casino and its members. Please read the following carefully. By registering and wagering on the Casino games and/or in the Sportsbook, you indicate full acceptance and understanding of the rules.
Laws regarding gambling vary throughout the world, and it is the responsibility of each player to ensure he or she understands and fully complies with any laws or regulations relevant in their own countries or states. Customers from France are not allowed to register/play with any of the 5Dimes Group brands. All members of Sportbet & Casino Sportsbook must be at least 18 years of age.

The personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. Sportbet will not report wagering information on behalf of any member. This is the sole responsibility of each member.
In order to receive Live Assistance through phone, email or Live Help, you must provide your account number and password to the representative. Keep in mind that the password needs to be provided if the information you are requesting requires specifics pertaining to your account only. Please take in consideration that passwords with offensive or pejorative terms will automatically ban your account from live assistance.
Sportbet recommends you change your password at least every 60 days. To change your password, log into your Sportbet Account using your current Username and Password. Click on "Account" from the top navigation menu, then "Change Password". You will then click "Send Code". Sportbet will send a verification code to the email address we have on file. Once you receive the email from Sportbet, click on the link within the email to complete the verification process. This will return you to the Sportbet homepage where you will log back into your account with your current Username and Password. Click on "Account" from the top navigation, then "Change Password". You will then enter your new password.
Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Should a member give away, neglate, share, or lose his or her account number and/or password. Sportbet Sportsbook & Casino will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.
All accounts must have a correct contact phone number listed in their account information on the date(s) of all deposits. Use of an invalid phone number is grounds for possible forfeiture of any/all winnings and bonuses.
All accounts that use the Internet to place wagers or for banking purposes must have a valid e-mail address on file. Failure to have a valid e-mail may result in the account being frozen or closed.
Customers may only have one AND ONLY ONE account number in their name in the 5Dimes Group family of books. The 5Dimes Group includes 5Dimes.com , SportBet.com , IslandCasino.com , VietBet.com , Chinesebookie.com , BetAnySports.com and Nicabet . Also, if bonuses are involved, customers may only have one AND ONLY ONE account number per household, email address, phone number and IP address without prior permission from management. Bonuses will be removed from all unapproved accounts deemed to be from one entity. Use of multiple account numbers or names in order to receive bonus promotions, referral bonuses, or exceed limits is forbidden and may result in the forfeiture of ALL funds received/won as a result of these actions. All wagers are final once accepted by Sportbet and confirmed by the player, either over the phone or online.
Members are responsible for checking all of their sports, horses, and lotto wagers in the review bets section. No Internet wager claims will be accepted without a ticket number.
All Internet wagers must be placed through the user interface provided by Sportbet on its web pages. Any Internet wagering through other means, including the use of a "robot" player, is strictly forbidden. In the event that use of non-approved client software is detected, Management reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's account, or take any other appropriate action.
Most events are graded immediately upon completion. Other events require extensive research and language translation to determine a final score. Use Live Chat to report any score of an event you need to have graded. Please include a link or source of the score so we can process your wager(s) immediately.
Sportbet reserves the right to correct grading errors at any time. If an account reaches a negative balance due to the re-grade of an event, all in-progress pending wagers will stand and be honored. Since winning wagers in this instance will be honored, immediate settlement of losing wagers is also expected.
If a customer believes there has been an error on the grade/scoring of any of the tickets posted in his/her account, the player must submit the request of revision with our Customer Service Staff within the same week or a maximum of 7 days of the event in question conclusion. Claims submitted after that period will not be considered.
Sportbet reserves the right to reverse the incorrect application of funds into an account due to human or system/software error. Funds that were not intended to be credited into a customer’s account will be reverted upon discovery of the inaccuracy.
Customers are responsible for settling all negative accounts. "Ignorance", "I wouldn't have made that last bet if I knew my balance would have been negative", or "It's not my fault the wager was graded wrong", will not be accepted as excuses for non-settlement of negative balances.
If a player believes that Sportbet has posted an erroneous line, or time error, the player should notify Sportbet immediately to verify if the line/time is correct.
A bet made after an event begins based on occurrences that have developed while in-play, is considered a "past-post", and will be handled as blatant theft. This applies for all regular game lines or when play resumes in live in play wagering. All events intended for in-play offering will be noted as such on the wagering option.
Limits on each wagering option are reset within a few minutes of a wager being posted. Limits also reset immediately when the line on the selection has moved. Management reserves the right to refuse and/or limit any wager, or lower overall account betting limits at any time as a permanent or provisional measure. Use of multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.
Management reserves the right to allow or deny electronic funding methods or any gaming features offered in our sites when verification irregularities/difficulties arise or issues with offshore establishments are reported to be related to your account (regardless if these reports are valid or invalid) or other evidence suggest it. Credit card refunds could incur in a fee of up to $45 per individual credit card charge and will be issued upon Management's discretion.
The advantage of free/discounted payouts will be permanently revoked for customers who have been found abusing of our Bonus Programs. This advantage will also be permanently revoked for accounts that have violated or transgressed rules or policies related to any feature or benefit offered in our site (sportsbook, casinos, lottery, poker, fantasy sports, funding methods, etc).
Only accounts starting with 'SB' or 'AF' will have balances honored by Sportbet. No agents are directly employed by Sportbet. In case you have any discrepancy with your balance, your Agent, not Sportbet, is the one responsible for handling it. Agents who attempt to solicit customers via posting forums, e-mail spamming, or cold calling will have their agent account terminated immediately.
Both Racebook Platforms featured by the 5Dimes Group pay track odds up to the maximum odds displayed for each racebook in the corresponding section. Please see Rebate Racebook Payouts or Plus 10% Racebook Payouts for maximum odds paid for different wager types and maximum net profit per race. Track consolation pay outs, if offered by the track, will be given as shown in track results. If no payout is provided by a track, tickets will be refunded. Carryovers or pool type payouts listed by the track will not be offered by Sportbet Racebooks. No claims upon payouts will be accepted without the odds being displayed on the track's site.
Pool manipulation attempts in Horseracing will lead to account suspension and earnings from these types of schemes are subject to voiding/forfeiture.
Individual payouts in the Bonus Casino do not always pay as much as standard casino payouts. Some games have specific options which pay less, so other options can pay more. Players are responsible for checking the payout charts for each game before playing.
Professional card counters are prohibited. If you are found to be a professional card counter, your account is subject to immediate closure and all winnings will be forfeited.
Customers from North America are required to complete at least a ONE time rollover of the deposited amount in order to have a payout processed without incurring a penalty fee. If this requirement is not fulfilled, the account will not qualify for a free redemption and an administrative fee will be charge without exceptions.
Customers from outside of North America are required to complete at least a TWO time rollover of the deposited amount in order to have a payout processed without incurring on a penalty fee. If this requirement is not fulfilled, the account will not qualify for a free redemption and an administrative fee will be charge without exceptions.
Sportbet reserves the right to reverse fees covered on deposits. This will be done without prior notice if little or no play is made between deposits and redemptions (rollover not met). It is up to Sportbet sole discretion to determine appropriate play on a case by case basis. Sportbet is not to be used as a "go-between" for money movement between processors or other operations.
Rollover amounts for each wager are based on the lesser amount of risk or win in each selection.
Redemption requests processed on Mondays between 9:00 AM EST and 1:00 PM EST may not incur in a transaction fee only if the method is eligible for it. Payment methods with a fee of $40 or less will get processed free of charge if no pay outs have been sent in the previous 30 days and if sent on a Monday morning. You are allowed to one free withdrawal every 30 days only. If you wish to wait until Monday to have your redemption processed, you must contact Customer Service at the time of your request via Live Chat . You may also call 1-800-430-5896. Sportbet assumes no liability for funds once released and received by any monetary transfer agent/agency, institution, or company. Once you request a payment to be sent to you by any of the options listed in our Banking Center section, you agree to the terms and conditions displayed in the Sportbet’ info pages that correspond to the processor issuing your redemption.
New accounts are defaulted to our #1 Bonus Plan, the 30% Super Saver Bonus Program. If free play bonuses, cash-backs, or any other of our bonus program is more of your liking, contact Customer Service via Live Chat to check your eligibility on switching bonuses programs. If you wish to switch Bonus Programs after redemptions have been processed, you must cover or exceed with deposits the withdrawn amount in order to be allowed a Bonus Program switch of your account. Management reserves the right to deny a Bonus Program switch at any time.
All existing customer bonuses are manually approved and entered into the system by the customer service department. You must contact Sportbet via Live Chat , e-mail or over the phone to have your bonus entered within 24 hours of the funds captured.
Bonuses earned after deposits and sportsbook/casino transfers are only valid if the amount deposited remains active in the account for 30 days. Winnings may be redeemed as desired.
Transfers to third party vendors (Fantasy Sports, Poker Rooms, Blackjack Tournaments, and Sports Pools), are considered redemptions/deposits for bonus application purposes. If your account has registered transfers with third parties, prior payouts the action will be revised by the corresponding third party in order to ensure legitimacy of the winnings/losses (it can take up to 24 hours). Chip dumping schemes will always result in all accounts involved being deleted and any profited funds forfeited.
Management reserves the right to confiscate the bonus, affiliate earnings and/or applied transaction fees in any account(s) deemed to be taking advantage of our program.

Customers from outside of North America who choose the Cash Back Bonus option are limited to participate in only the 20% Cash Back Bonus option. Customers from outside of North America are required to fulfill 30 days of activity before qualifying for a Cash Back Bonus. The Cash Back Bonus must be rolled over twice before having a payout approved. Affiliate and cash back schemes will result in not only an account being eliminated from the program, but will also be responsible for fees incurred for all deposits and payouts being applied directly to the players account and/or the affiliates account.
