A Closer Look At My Mayweather vs Pacquaio Mega-Fight Betting Pick
Floyd Mayweather Will Beat Manny Pacquaio If
Floyd is able to handle Pacquaio’s style.
Can Floyd Mayweather beat Manny Pacquaio? Manny throws punches in bunches from all sorts of different angles. That’s what makes Manny Pacquaio great. He isn’t like other fighters in the ring.
Manny doesn’t just throw combinations. He throws them in ways that are absolutely wrong for the sport of boxing. He doesn’t always set his feet. He doesn’t throw punches from a traditional stance, one foot forward, hands high, darting in and out. Pacquaio throws punches from all over the place and they’re a lot of punches. Manny throws 3, 4, even 5 or 6 punches at a time. Even though Mayweather has arguably the best defense of any fighter in the history of boxing, Floyd’s defense has never had to go up against a fighter quite like Pacquaio. If Floyd can’t keep Manny from hitting him even with some of those punches on any part of his body, chest, legs, etc., Floyd’s going to have a hard time winning this fight.

Manny Pacquaio Will Beat Floyd Mayweather If
Manny Pacquaio is able to be patient.
Manny Pacquaio has the ability to beat Floyd Mayweather. He can put together punches in bunches from all angles, he is a southpaw, which could give Floyd fits, and he has the chin and stamina to withstand a lot of Floyd’s punches.
Pacquaio also has the hunger to win. But, one thing that Manny has that could be a problem for him is his aggression. Pacquaio is an excellent boxer. His hand speed could allow him to out point Floyd. The issue for Manny is that when he’s been truly successful, he’s been the aggressor. The problem is that Floyd Mayweather is one of the greatest counter-punchers in the history of boxing. If Manny goes into the fight as aggressive as he almost always is, Floyd is going to punish him with pin-point shots that could eventually lead to Floyd knocking out Manny. It would be a disaster for Pacquaio to be as aggressive as he usually is in fights versus a guy like Floyd Mayweather. He needs to be patient and make Floyd force the fight.
