NBA - Detroit Pistons vs. Utah Jazz

Not As Easy As It Once Looked

Up to a few nights ago I´m sure that the Pistons were not too worried about this game coming up against the Jazz because of their horrible overall play. This time around however they are in for a surprise because the Jazz are looking like a real team in the last few days. The way they played against the Grizzlies and the way they took the ball to the rim with so much authority was impressive.

Utah is coming off their 6th consecutive lost and things are not looking good for this team right now. This Jazz teams want to end their season on the highest note they can muster; they are looking for a re-birth if you will because of their injuries they know that the playoffs are out of the question. This will be a running game with clock management as the Jazz will look to get the ball inside as much as they can while they throw bodies at Jordan late in the gamer to get him on the line.

The Pistons have offense, they are quick and fast around the rim, even on the baseline looking for the cutting player but in this game they will have to play a little further out because the Jazz will look to end their season at least on a high note. Detroit will also be limiting starters minutes as to make sure they are fresh for the post season because this is a game that to them carries no weight at all, the only person that is interested in the outcome are the fans and the owner.

The Pistons are -4 and I think that they will come through in this one because of the lack of leadership on the team. Utah needs to move past this year and look around to see who they can get and who is feeling much better after injury.
