This is the final game of their four game series and the Celtics could not be happier that it´s over. Indiana has beaten Boston in all three games convincingly and I don´t see anything that would suggest that this last game will not follow their same ways. Boston has no hopes for anything past the regular season so they will come out and play hard but too little too late in their case. The Pacers on the other hand actually have to start limiting starters minutes to rest up a little before the playoffs begin.
Boston Celtics vs. Indiana Pacers
7:00 PM ET, March 11, 2014
Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Indianapolis, IN
Boston pushed their all around game through Rondo now that he is back and healthy but in all honesty this is not the losing type of player, Rajon Rondo is bread to win games and be part of a winning team, so I expect him to either be traded or leave Boston for a new team during the offseason. The Celtics still have some play makers for this game though but their problem is the lack of consistency on both ends of the floor.
Indiana has the tools to deal with the Rondo´s and Wallace´s of this team but Jeff Green when on target is lethal and could present a problem for this Pacers team. Indiana is coming off a monster blow out to Houston, something they will want to bounce back from quickly. I really think that Boston will keep the game close in the first half but Indiana will pull away early in the second half with their defense and ability to alter shoots in the lane. the Pacers are -11 in this game and after that lose I see them bouncing back like they have all season long after a loss to win this game and get the swept of the Celtics for the first time in 13 seasons.
