These are the type of games that the Pacers love to play because they are against teams from their own conference that don’t really pose too much of a threat but at the same time it gives them the chance to really work on their defense, they can concentrate on that more than scoring because of the issues the Bucks are going through this season. Milwaukee just has not had a good year, let´s call it how it is, they need so many new things that t this points their players are playing for a check in the mail and maybe to attract interest from other teams around the League.
For the Pacers, they will defiantly fight to win this game if it comes down to that, they are coming off a hard loss to the Timberwolves a few days ago in a game that they just could not get their offensive rhythm going. Believe it or not this teams flow is key to their success, they need that push, the drive that people still think they can´t do it, they cannot beat a team like the Heat. I expect them to play slow on offense while they really try to perfection their defensive sets to make things a little more solid as the post season approaches.
Milwaukee will come into this game with one goal, frustrate the Pacers, collapse their team on defense to anyone that has the ball, double and triple team them as well as trap the point guard out of the gate, just play very physical and that might help get under their skin. The Bucks have the use the fact that they are at home to their advantage and get the crowd into this game early. I still have the Pacers covering their -8.5 spread against the Bucks and the total will stay under194.5.
