NBA Picks March 18-24

March Madness is here but that isn’t the only basketball you can cash in on. Use trio of NBA betting picks for the week of March 18th to the 24th.

NBA Picks March 18-24

Boston Celtics at Philadelphia 76ers
When: Wednesday, March 20 at 7:00 pm ET
Where: Wells Fargo Center, Philadelphia, PA
TV: ESPN

Analysis: Two of the top teams in the Eastern Conference battle it out on Wednesday when Philadelphia hosts Boston. The 76ers head into the week off an awesome 130-125 moneyline win over the Bucks in Milwaukee on Sunday.

Philadelphia’s starting 5 of Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, JJ Reddick, Jimmy Butler, and Tobias Harris have finally gelled. Philly is 4-0 SU in their last 4 games. The only issue is that while they’re winning games straight up, the 76ers are losing against the spread.

Philadelphia is 2-4 ATS in their last 6. Boston beat Philly 112-109 in the last matchup, but the Celtics are only 1-3 ATS in their last 4 and 14-19-1 ATS in away games. Plus, Boston faces Western Conference power Denver on March 18 before this one. 76ers should cover.

Pick: Philadelphia 76ers

Oklahoma City Thunder at Toronto Raptors
When: Friday, March 22 at 7:30 pm ET
Where: Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, ON, CA
TV: NBA TV

Analysis: Toronto didn’t start the week that well after losing 107-110 straight up to the Detroit Pistons on Sunday. The Raptors should be ready to roll on Friday, though. Kyle Lowry will be 100% healthy and Serge Ibaka is able to play starting on Wednesday.

But, Toronto’s only 15-20 ATS at home. That’s an issue. Another issue is managing to contain both Russell Westbrook and Paul George, both of whom are dying to get back on track this week after a couple of losses to Indiana and Golden State. The Thunder might not win, but they should cover as a dog.

Pick: Oklahoma City Thunder

San Antonio Spurs at Boston Celtics
When: Sunday, March 24 at 7:30 pm ET
Where: TD Garden, Boston, MA
TV: NBA TV

Analysis: The San Antonio Spurs haven’t lost since Feb. 25 when Brooklyn beat them 101-85. Heading into the week, San Antonio’s on a fantastic 8-game winning streak.

Things could fall apart for the Spurs this week because they battle the Warriors, Heat, Rockets, and Celtics. Not only that, but 6 of the 8 games took place in San Antonio. Boston is 20-16 ATS at home. They should beat the Spurs straight and against the spread because, by the time San Antonio takes on the Celtics, they’ll be ready to head back to Texas.

Pick: Boston Celtics
