Memphis Grizzlies vs. San Antonio Spurs

The Streak Has Ended At 19

It is almost scary how good of a coach the Spurs have, Greg Popovich does not care about records or attention, he cares about the playoffs, they played the Thunder last night and going for their 20 th consecutive win and with all that on their plate Pop gave Manu Ginobili the night off to rest. The Spurs not only lost the game but they were swept by the Thunder in all four games this season.

Memphis is fighting for some recognition, they too still have a chance at the post season but the road is not as paved for them as it is for the Spurs, actually if they make it this could very well be a first round matchup. Zack Randolph yet again has come up big, he has carried this team on his shoulder most of the season but they just have not found the right complement for him to help out. This team will have not only give the Spurs their first back to back lose this season but it will have to come on the road.

San Antonio is more disappointed that they allowed the Thunder to get back into the game then not getting to 20 wins, this tem understand that the regular season really means nothing and because of their age, they need rest. I expect this team to continue to rest their starters throughout what’s left of the season to make sure they are ready for the playoffs. The interesting part to that is the teas understand and never questions.

Pick: Take the Spurs -7.5, they will not lose back to back games and they will not lose at home, even if Duncan is the one resting.
