The Toronto Raptors

Toronto Is Scaling The League Looking For The Post Season

This is actually going to be a very good game, both of these teams are small market franchises who do not have the fan base nor the capital that bigger teams such as Lakers, Heat, Nets and Knicks do, but they look to push those teams has hard as they can. The Raptors are leading the Atlantic division, with just a few more wins, they have the chance the make the playoffs for the first time in 5 years.

Toronto Raptors vs. Minnesota Timberwolves

Target Center, Minneapolis, MN
Coverage: FSN+

The Timberwolves are a hard working team, they really push under the rim for rebounds and blocks as they spread the floor with their size and range ability. For this game their outside shooting will allow them to get some defenders out of the center lanes to open it up and give them a chance to turn things around and be aggressive on the offensive side by attack with layups. The Raptors do not have the size most other teams like Minnesota does so they will be off matched in the low post especially when the ball goes to Love deep in the paint.

Toronto has one advantage, they run the floor better than most other teams, they tier opponents out as they never lift the foot off the gas. This teams knows that for them to score inside on defenders that are taller they have to get their first and we all know that the center is always the last guy back so expect the Raptors to even if scored on throw the ball out and run the floor to get inside and establish a decent position early. Minnesota is -4 in this game and I think it has a lot to do with their size advantage and I see the republic all over them so opinion is clear, take the Canadian teams here even on the road.
