I’ve given you four bets that you can wager as singles or parlays below, and all of these particular games are on the Turner Cable channels at the listed times. Have a great weekend and enjoy!
2014 NCAA Tournament Round of 32 Betting Advice – The Saturday Edition
San Diego barely survived against New Mexico State and they should frankly be embarrassed with how they played. I still think they should win this game against the Bison, but North Dakota just feels like the red-hot Cinderella team, just like Florida Gulf Coast was last year. A convincing win over Oklahoma has propelled them this far and they match up insanely well with the Aztecs. This is a game I’m outright terrified of, and in that case I usually hedge with the dog, which is exactly my approach as I set to bet on the 2014 March Madness Round of 32.
The Dayton Flyers kicked off March Madness with a huge upset, but they’re about to run in to a steamroller in the form of Syracuse who absolutely embarrassed Western Michigan in the opening round. Syracuse put to rest a shameful end to their regular season by slamming the Broncos repeatedly in to the ground. When you go to bet on the 2014 March Madness Round of 32, I wouldn’t get caught up in the circus around Dayton. The Flyers have a ton of upset momentum heading in to this one, but the dirty little secret about their win over the Buckeyes is that Ohio State simply isn’t that strong of a defensive team. When Syracuse is playing at their peak, they’re as good as anyone else in the tournament.
Loved Harvard against Cincinnati and I absolutely hate them against MSU. The Spartans dropped the most points of any team on Thursday during a 93-78 evisceration of Delaware, which I warned was a strong scoring team. This is simply a comparison of potential. The Spartans have championship aspirations that are realistic. Harvard has none. Take the line on the heavily favored Spartans when you bet on the 2014 March Madness Round of 32. Harvard is way out of its depth in this matchup and will get run off the court by a Spartans team that is – in my honest opinion – the team to beat right now.
I’ve been touting Shabazz Napier all season long, but this is where the senior guard’s season comes to an end. Villanova put to rest any concerns over their tournament play after shellacking Milwaukee by +20.0 points. They have a great set of backcourt defenders that can contain Napier and there’s nobody else on the Huskies worth banking on. Villanova’s superb defensive schemes are worth backing here when you bet on the 2014 March Madness Round of 32.
