The bumbling Clemson Tigers take on the 4th-ranked Duke Blue Devils on Saturday at 4:00 PM in Durham, North Carolina. While Clemson has dropped its last three out of four games, Duke is coming off an ulcer-inducing 92-90 OT victory over their arch-rival Tar Heels. The Tigers haven’t won at Duke since 1995.
Duke center Jahlil Okafor sprained his ankle in the 1st half of the game vs UNC, but returned in the 2nd half. However, Okafor has been wearing a boot and was listed as questionable.

These two squads met twice last season, each leaving with a win. The first game was a regular season win by Clemson over a top-20 Duke team in Littlejohn Coliseum, their first win over the Blue Devils in five seasons. Three Tigers — Jaron Blossomgame, K.J. McDaniels and Landry Nnoko — posted double-doubles.
Then Clemson had a shot to double up against Duke in the 2014 ACC Tournament and led by a single point in the final 10 seconds, but two Blue Devil free throws gave Mike Krzyzewski’s team a 63-62 win in the quarterfinals.
"In the beginning of the second half, we kind of got a lot of stuff at the rim, and I think we shied away from that," Jabari Parker, who’s now in the NBA, said after that win. "We didn’t really get to the line like we wanted to, and we allowed them to take advantage of our bad shots, and they would capitalize on offense when they got on the breaks because they took advantage of the bad shots we took."
Averaging 80.7 points per game, Duke is 5th best in the nation in PPG. On the defensive end, the Blue Devils are allowing 65.9 PPG, 164th in the nation. They rank 31st in rebounding, 27th in assists per game, and 5th in field goal percentage. Freshman Jahlil Okafor is the best player on the team, averaging 17.6 points and 9.4 rebounds per game.
Clemson averages 62.2 points per game, 294th in the nation, and allow 60.1, 38th. The Tigers are 73rd in rebounding, 307th in assists per game and 286th in field goal percentage. Sophomore forward Jaron Blossomgame leads the team averaging 12.9 points per game and 8.1 rebounds.
Roper on Duke: We don't do anything different strategically, but (you feel) that adrenaline of playing them. You have to be calm & go play.
