The Florida Gators might be short their top two scorers when they face the LSU Tigers this Saturday in Baton Rouge in college hoops betting action. Junior guard Michael Frazier III and junior forward Dorian Finney-Smith are both unlikely to suit up.

Frazier is averaging a team-high 13.2 points per game and has missed the last three games due to an ankle injury. Finney-Smith is second on the team with 12.9 points per game and he missed the Gators’ victory against Vanderbilt on Wednesday after he was suspended indefinitely for violating team rules.

But no matter who Florida coach Billy Donovan sends on the court, LSU sophomore forward Jordan Mickey said his team must be ready to battle.

“That can’t change anything,” Mickey said. “We still have to stay focused. Florida is a good team, even without [Frazier and Finney-Smith]. Billy Donovan is a great coach. He does a great job of getting his team together. We just have to be focused and ready to play.”

The Tigers are losers of four of their last six games and they might lose their bubble team status if they keep up their losing ways.

“No matter who we play, we can’t overlook anybody,” said sophomore guard Tim Quarterman.

After losing by 18 points in the first meeting with LUS on January 20, the Florida Gators will look for payback in the second game of this season’s head-to-head series. LSU won 79-61 Gainesville, Florida with Jarell Martin scoring 22 points, and Jordan Mickey adding 14 points and 14 rebounds.

"It was real important for us to finish the right way," LSU coach Johnny Jones said after the win. "I thought our guys did a great job of composing themselves and getting back out there and taking care of the basketball and ending strong."
