If you are unsure about playing a 6-team parlay this early, then use either my two or three team March Madness parlay picks to cash in big!

2-Team March Madness R64 Parlay Pick

  • #2 Duke -19.5
  • #5 Kentucky -6

The first game in my parlay picks has 9/2 championship favorite Duke taking on Iona. Who covers when the Blue Devils battle Iona as a close to 20-point favorite? The next game I like has SEC Basketball Tournament winner Kentucky battling Davidson. Will Kentucky cover the spread? The final game is Providence versus Texas A&M. Who wins in a battle between a 10-seed and a 7-seed?

#15 Iona vs #2 Duke
When:  Thursday, March 15 at 2:45 pm ET
Where: PPG Paints Arena, Pittsburgh, PA
Odds: Duke -19.5

Analysis: Duke is an up or down team. When Duke is on, there isn’t a better college basketball team in the nation. Duke averages close to 85 points per game. On defense, Duke allows less than 70 points per game.

That’s when Duke is on. But, when Duke is bad, the Blue Devils are really bad.

Duke shouldn’t have any mental lapses versus the Iona Gaels on Thursday, though. Duke is talented enough to win the NCAA Tournament. Coach K should have them ready to show their best. If anything, the loss to UNC might have helped them.

I like the Blue Devils to cover the close to 20-point spread.

Pick: Duke

#12 Davidson vs #5 Kentucky
When:  Thursday, March 15 at 7:10 pm ET
Where: Taco Bell Arena, Boise, ID
Odds: Kentucky -6

Analysis: Kentucky has put it all together. The Wildcats have won 7 of their last 8 straight up. They’ve also gone 7 and 1 against the spread in their last 8. Kentucky’s last loss was on March 3 versus Florida in Florida.

Kentucky lost 67 to 80 in that game. Since that game, the Wildcats have beaten Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. Both Alabama and Tennessee are decent basketball teams. I just don’t see Davidson staying close enough to cover the spread versus Kentucky.

Yes, Kentucky is a 5 seed versus a 12 seed. I’m still going with John Calipari’s team to get it done.

Pick: Kentucky

3-Team March Madness R64 Parlay Pick

  • #2 Duke -19.5
  • #5 Kentucky -6
  • #10 Providence  +3.5

#10 Providence vs #7 Texas A&M
When:  Friday, March 16 at 12:15 pm ET
Where: Spectrum Center, Charlotte, NC
Odds: Providence +3.5

Analysis: In Round 1, Texas A&M is up against it versus the Providence Friars. The Aggies average 75 points per game, but they face a Providence Friars’ squad that really turned it on in the Big East Tournament.

Providence upset Xavier 75 to 72 in overtime. They pushed Villanova to overtime before losing by 10 points, 66 to 76. The Friars are battle-tested. I think the Friars covers the spread.

Pick: Providence
