Baylor Bears Vs TCU Horned Odds & Final Score Predictions
Bet on Baylor -24.5 becauseā¦
This is Baylor’s Super Bowl. It’s hard to imagine a football program that has fallen so quickly like the Baylor Bears.
Head coach Matt Rhule likes the progress his defense is making. The Bears held Iowa State to 394 yards, marking the third straight game they’ve surrendered less than 400 yards, a major accomplishment in the Big 12, where high-tempo spread-offenses routinely rack up more than 500 yards a game.
“The defense has gotten better,” Rhule said.
Bet on TCU +24.5 becauseā¦
TCU always covers the spread against Baylor. The Horned Frogs are 5-0 against the spread in the last 5 head-to-head matchups. TCU is also 4 and 0 ATS in the last 4 games at Amon G. Carter Stadium. The Horned Frogs have Baylor’s number against the spread.
If TCU beats Baylor, it will get a rematch against No. 4 Oklahoma in the league title game on Dec. 2 in Arlington, Texas. Oklahoma beat the Horned Frogs 38-20 in Norman, Okla. on Nov. 11 to take control over the top of the Big 12 standings.
Baylor Vs TCU Final Score Prediction
The Baylor Bears are an awful college football team. Baylor does average 24.5 points per. That’s not even close to averaging enough points versus a fellow Big 12 team, though. On top of that, Baylor’s defense allows 35 points per game. Liberty beat Baylor 48 to 45.Ā Texas Tech beat Baylor 38 to 24.
TCU’s offense averages 33.5 points per game. The Horned Frogs only allow 15 points per. The Horned Frogs are only 3 and 2 against the spread in their last 5. However, TCU has covered the spread in all 3 of their last 5 home games.
That’s the kicker for me. TCU has been excellent at covering in home games this season. Not only that, but TCU loves covering the spread versus the rival Baylor Bears. I like TCU huge on Friday.
