The Tigers are coming into this game ridding the momentum wave as they have started the season 5-0 beating programs like Indiana and Vanderbilt but this will be their hardest test of the season as they take on one of the top ranked school in the nation, Georgia. This game is an important one to the Bulldogs because of their early season loss to the Tide, they know that one more loss will coast them a chance at the title game. Look forward to a hard hitting and exciting game as Missouri looks to make history as they go for 6-0.

The Missouri Tigers have squeezed their way into the top 25 rankings with their great start, but they have to pick up on the defensive side of the ball, they allow just under 23 points per game ranking them 44th, the Bulldogs will look to really punch the ball on the ground so Missouri will have to make sure that they protect the holes and crash the line. QB James Franklin has proven that he can get the ball through some tight spaces but none as tight as what Georgia gives up, completing 114 of his 168 passes for 1407 yards and 13 touchdowns he has become a great read option passer and moves well in the pocket.

Georgia runs their offense through their experienced QB, Aaron Murray is a specialist at what he does; he has the ability to pick teams apart and expose their weaknesses on the field. The level out their attack game with a steady move between run and passing plays, the Bulldogs will look to expose the Tigers over the middle while Murray moves in the pocket avoiding any threats by the defensive line. This will be a great showdown and I expect an even better defensive battle as this is the type of game that will bring out the best in the Tigers.

What to Expect:

The Tigers are looking at a difficult task, having to walk into Sanford Stadium with an unbeaten record and +9 on the spread, I actually think it’s going to be a closer game given that the Bulldogs might still be a little tired from their overtime game last week, still my opinion is to take the Bulldogs as they are home and need this win to keep all hopes alive.
