With all the expectations on the Aggies as well as Johnny Manziel it seems almost impossible that they could succeed against some of the teams that are coming up on their schedule, but they have proven themselves so far with a top rated defense as well as a complete passing game. Ole Miss is not joke though they are coming off back to back losses but against top ranked teams so it was almost to be expected, this game however, will really be a must win for this Rebels team that are looking for the best possible bowl game this season.

Texas A&M have won all their games this season aside from the big one, their meeting with Alabama, a game they were close really until the very end. The Aggies really have not played anyone of much importance so far but this will be a nice test as the Rebels are has hard hitting as they come, then they get to look forward to the defensive specialist Clemson. Manziel needs to be careful in this game as the front seven of Ole Miss are very good overall, they attack and get around the corners fast, this is the type of game that Manziel will have to use his feet more then he might want too.

Mississippi have a lot going for them, the fact that they have lost back to back games will give them an extra motive to push all the way through while beating the Aggies is a bonus because of all the hype they have gotten, it’s almost like every defensive player has painted a target on Manziel’s back. QB Bo Wallace has been confident in the pocket, passing for 1143 yards and 6 scores but needs to move his feet a little more to get away from danger.

What to Expect:

The Aggies are favored in this game but only by 6 points, this is a game that the Rebels can take over very easily if they are patient and follow the ball. Covering the tight ends on short routes will be key and from what I see the Aggies are playing a little too loose when Manziel runs the ball. My opinion is that Mississippi will have a great fourth quarter and make a comeback to win the game by a late field goal, take the dog in this one.
