TCU Vs Oklahoma Big-12 Odds & Betting Predictions
The Las Vegas oddsmakers have listed the college football betting odds at -7 in favor of second-ranked Oklahoma. The over/under is 63.5. FOX will broadcast the battle between Oklahoma and TCU.
Bet on TCU +7 because…
TCU’s defense should play much better versus Oklahoma in the rematch. The Horned Frogs allowed Oklahoma to rack up 533 total yards in TCU’s 20 to 38 loss to Oklahoma on Nov. 11. TCU usually only allows 317.5 total yards. The Horned Frogs allow less than 16 points on average per game. There’s no way TCU’s defense doesn’t play better on Saturday than it did in the last versus the Sooners.
Bet on Oklahoma -7 because…
Oklahoma has been unbeatable since the loss to Iowa State on Oct. 7. The Sooners have run off 7 straight wins. Some of Oklahoma’s more impressive wins was a 62 to 52 road victory over Oklahoma State, the 38 to 20 win over TCU, and the 59 to 41 beat down of West Virginia. Oklahoma is hot going into the rematch versus TCU.
Expert Pick & Final Score Prediction
Not only is Oklahoma hot straight up, but the Sooners also head to AT&T Stadium hot against the spread. Oklahoma is 4 and 1 against the spread in their last 5 games. The only game where the Sooners didn’t cover was when they were favored by a ridiculous 40 points over Kansas.
The Sooners could have beaten Kansas by 60. There wouldn’t have been any point to doing that, though.
I wish I could go with TCU in this game. I can’t. The Horned Frogs are only 2 and 8 against the spread in their last 10 neutral site games. Not only that, but the Horned Frogs are 1 and 6 ATS in their last 7 games after allowing 20 points or more in their previous game.
Oklahoma should cover in this huge Big 12 matchup. Why? The Sooners cover because it’s going to be next to impossible for TCU to keep up on the scoreboard.
