The college footballs season is hitting the home stretch and I have a trio of upset moneyline picks for College Football Week 11 action. Let’s get started.
Upset Moneyline Picks College Football Week 11
South Carolina +210 at #19 Florida -250
When: Saturday, Nov. 10 at 12:00 pm ET
Where: Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, Gainesville, FL
Analysis: After losing 2 of 3, to Texas A&M and Kentucky, the South Carolina Gamecocks have gotten back on track. South Carolina beat Tennessee 27-24 on Oct. 27. On Nov. 3, they beat Ole Miss 48-44 on the road.
Contrasting South Carolina, the Florida Gators have lost their last couple of games. Georgia beat them 36-17 on the road as a +7 road dog. Then in Week 10, Missouri upset Florida 38-17 in The Swamp with Florida a -6.5 favorite.
The Gators are reeling. When it goes bad, often, it stays bad. South Carolina averages 31 points per. If Florida wants to push the pace, the Gamecocks can put their foot on the offensive gas pedal. If Florida wants to play a defensive game, the Gamecocks can do that as well.
Moneyline Upset Pick: South Carolina +210
California +180 at USC -220
When: Saturday, Nov. 10 at 10:30 pm ET
Where: Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles, CA
Analysis: After a two-game losing streak, the USC Trojans turned things around in a 38-21 win over Oregon State on Nov. 3. USC entered the game a -15 favorite, which means not only did they beat the Beavers, but they also covered the spread.
This game sets up for a California victory straight up, though. The Golden Bears played too good to lose in Week 10, falling 13-19 to the Washington State Cougars. Before that game, Cal had won 49-7 at Oregon State and had beaten Washington 12-10 at home.
USC to 10 to 14 points. The Golden Bears should beat the Trojans on Nov. 10.
Moneyline Upset Pick: California +180
Oklahoma State +700 at #6 Oklahoma -1100
When: Saturday, Nov. 10
Where: Oklahoma Memorial Stadium, Norman, Oklahoma
Analysis: Oklahoma remains in the Top 10 even though they struggled to beat Texas Tech in Week 10, 51-46 in overtime. The Sooners often beat the Cowboys, but this is a huge rivalry game and Oklahoma’s defense has been anything but stellar.
The Sooners allow 27.9 points per. Even terrible TCU scored 27 against the Sooners. Oklahoma should have an awful time keeping Oklahoma State from scoring over 30.
The Cowboys average 38.3 per. Oklahoma State has a chance to keep this close heading into the fourth quarter. If things go the Cowboys way in the fourth, they’ll beat Oklahoma straight up.
Moneyline Upset Pick: Oklahoma State +700
