Baltimore Vs Tennessee Odds & Betting AdviceNoah Williams
Who’s the Pick When Mariota and Titans Host Flacco and Ravens in Week 9 Matchup of AFC Playoff Hopefuls?
Joe Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens got a huge shutout win last week to snap a two-game losing streak. Marcus Mariota and the Tennessee Titans won their second straight games last weekend, but they looked really awful in doing so. The Week 9 NFL betting odds favor the Titans by 4.5-points over the Ravens. The over/under is 43.
This game is going down live from Nissan Stadium in Tennessee on Sunday at 1:00 PM ET while airing on CBS.

NFL Odds: Tennessee Titans -4.5
The Ravens looked fantastic in their 40-0 shutout win over the Miami Dolphins last week, but they’ve also lost eight of their last 10 road games. While Joe Flacco is completing what looks like a healthy 64 percent of his passes this season, he’s also thrown eight interceptions versus just six touchdowns. While Baltimore ranks an encouraging sixth in points allowed (18.5 ppg), the Ravens also average just 21.2 points per game offensively to rank an underwhelming 17th in scoring. In other words, Baltimore is truly a conundrum wrapped inside a mystery this season.
The Titans have won two straight and four of their last six games, but if you saw their pitiful performance in their 12-9 overtime win against the winless Cleveland Browns last weekend, then you know that Tennessee is also a team with issues! Franchise quarterback Marcus Mariota is very good, but he’s thrown just four touchdown passes this season and canceled them out by tossing four interceptions, although he missed one game with a hamstring injury and was awful in the game he actually suffered the injury in.
Tennessee is playing at home in this one and that makes them an attractive pick in a contest against two similarly mediocre teams, but that’s not why I really like the Titans to win and cover the chalk. No, I like the Titans mostly because they rank an encouraging ninth in rushing (124.6 ypg) and Baltimore ranks an uninspiring 30th against the run (132.8 ypg). The Ravens are just 3-8 ATS in their last 11 road games while the Titans have gone 6-1 ATS in their last 7 home games. That’s why the Titans are the pick to win and cash in!
Pick: Tennessee -4.5
