The battle for Ohio

The battle for Ohio

This is the game for the Cincinnati Bengals as they play host to their state rivals the Cleveland Browns. Not only is this a conference game but there is little to no love between either of these teams, they have gone for each other’s throat on many occasions and I don’t see this one being any different. The Browns took the first game back in week 4 so the Bengals will be looking to even the score this time around.

Cleveland really doesn´t have to travel much to get to Cincinnati, a trip they know all too well, but this game as huge implications to it and for the first time the Ravens are pleading to the football Gods to shine on the Browns in this one. A Cincinnati loss would shot the Ravens and the Browns back into being a possible contender, the Browns must make sure their defense is on point and ready for a team that knows it needs to win.

The Bengals made the impossible play last week to send their match with the Ravens into overtime, only to get stunned by a 50+ yard field goal that gave the Ravens the win. Knowing that another loss would really shake things up in the AFC North QB Andy Dalton will have to be much more careful with his passes, as well as the time he holds the ball; Cleveland has a nasty front line that can really apply the pressure.

What to expect:

Bengals are -6 in this game a similar spread to last week’s Baltimore game and we all know how that turned out but I think that because of that hard loss to another conference rivals the Bengals will actually step up in this game and make the right plays. To total is 42.5 and I´m not too comfortable with that number so I´m just going to release the Bengals to cover the -6 in this one.
