Analysis: Detroit may be just 1-6 ATS in its last seven games and 1-5 ATS in its last half-dozen home games while New York has gone 4-1 ATS in its last five games on the road, but I like the Lions to get the home win and narrow ATS cover in a contest that looks like a thriller waiting to happen.
The good news for bettors that are thinking about playing the Lions in this contest is the fact that Detroit has gone 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games in Week 1 while New York has gone 4-8 ATS in its last 12 road games.
