The Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins fell short in their week 1 campaigns after busy off-seasons. This week the NFL week 2 betting spread favors Washington at home by 3.5-points to beat America’s team.

Why Bet The Dallas Cowboys To Beat The Washington
Even with a fourth-round rookie quarterback under center and a first round rookie RB, the Cowboys were in position to win the game late if an unnamed WR had helped manage the clock better. The home game ended in a 20-19 loss to the Giants.

QB Dak Prescott is the future for the Dallas Cowboys. The poised QB went 25-45 for 227 yards, without a score or INT in his NFL debut. Jerry Jones and the Cowboys lucked out drafting Prescott after several rumors of a Johnny Manziel signing over the last year.
His fellow rookie, RB Ezekiel Elliot, ran for 51 yards on 20 carries and a score. The highly coveted rusher fell short of his draft hype mostly due to Tony Romo breaking his back in a preseason game and relying Prescott under center.
WR Dez Bryant had a TD called back and ended the game with one catch for eight yards. Even though he is a notoriously slow starter, he should break out of his early season funk if the Cowboys follow the Steelers game plan from last week that torched the Redskins.
Last week, the Steelers isolated stud WR Antonio Brown away from CB Josh Norman, forcing Bashaud Breeland to cover him. Brown made eight catches for 126 yards.
The Cowboys are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 games in Week 2 and 9-2 ATS in their last 11 games on grass.
Why Bet Washington To Beat The Dallas Cowboys
Washington was awful in the 33-16 loss to the Steelers on Monday Night. Especially the defensive secondary. Will HC Jay Gruden make the same mistakes?
On offense, Washington recorded 384 yards, which is not bad. They moved the ball against the Steelers D as QB Kirk Cousins threw for 329 yards. They will look to have a more balanced offense this week with RBs Matt Jones and Chris Thompson rushing for a measly 47 yards against Pittsburgh.
Washington is 5-2 ATS in their last seven games following a straight up loss, 4-0 ATS vs. a team with a losing record, and 4-1 ATS in their last five vs. NFC East teams.

Expert Pick & Final Score Prediction
Washington was outplayed by a better team in week one. Dallas is not better than them and they know it. Take the home team to win and cover the NFL week 2 betting spread.
My final score prediction is Dallas 20, Washington 24.
