Cleveland V Tampa Bay NFL Preseason Week 3 Odds, Final Score Prediction & TV InfoNoah Williams
The 3-point underdog Cleveland Browns will visit Raymond James Stadium to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in NFL preseason week 3 betting action.
Who else was looking forward to the first meeting between Johnny Manziel and top draft choice Jameis Winston? Alas Manziel’s sore elbow may keep him out for the rest of the preseason.
Cleveland is 0-2 this preseason. The Browns lost to the Washington Redskins in week 1 by a score of 20-17. Then dropping a close 11-10 tilt with the Buffalo Bills last week.
The Bucs are 1-1 their 2015 preseason campaign. The Bucs lost their preseason opener to the Vikings by a 26-16 score. They followed that up with a 25-11 beat down of the Cincinnati Bengals last week.
Potential starting quarterback Winston has already showed signs of what made him the top pick in the 2015 NFL draft. Here are highlights from his week 2 game against the Bengals.

The Buccaneers brain trust are looking like a million bucks after drafting Winston first overall during the summer. Over his two first preseason games he has shown flashes of brilliance. Last week he consistently was able to read the Bengals D. He threw just one pass off-target and looked composed in the pocket and did well adjusting to the pass rush. He threw for 90 yards, completing 8 of 13 passes.
"People are going to say it’s just a preseason game but in that locker room we look at it as a win," Winston was quoted in the Tampa Bay Times . "We’re excited to win a football game even if it was in the Walmart parking lot."

"I thought Jameis Winston was outstanding with his play," Bucs coach Lovie Smith gushed. "That was a tough fall he took there. But that was just a coaches decision (to take him out) on my part. We had seen enough of him."
Incumbent QB Mike Glennon completed 10 of 15 passes for 121 yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Doug "don’t call me muscle hamster" Martin rushed for 59 yards in six attempts while Mike James added 39 yards in nine attempts.
Last season, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers averaged 206.1 yards in the air and 85.9 yards on the ground. On defense, the Bucks gave up and average of 255.2 yards passing and 113.7 yards in rushing per game.

|QB Josh McCown (2206 yds, 11 TDs, 14 INTs)||LB Lavonte David (146 tackles)|
|RB Doug Martin (494 yds, 2 TDs)||CB Johnthan Banks (4 INTs)|
|WR Mike Evans (1051 yds, 12 TDs)||DT DGerald McCoy (8.5 sacks)|
Everyone was hoping to see a Winston vs. Johnny Manziel duel this week, but it will be a no go after Browns head coach Mike Pettine hinted Johnny Football might be out for Saturday due to a sore elbow.
"Could he play [Saturday] if he had to?" Pettine told the Akron Beacon Journal on Wednesday . "More than likely he could. But why do that in the preseason?"
Manziel has played well during the preseason but hasn’t showed enough gumption to steal McCown’s starting quarterback job. Johnny Football completed 10 of 18 passes for 118 yards and a touchdown against the Buffalo Bills last week, clearly outplaying McCown, who went 7 of 10 for 57 yards and two interceptions. Even with those shoddy numbers the veteran is likely to be the starter come week 1.
