Why Bet On Indianapolis (-2.5) To Beat Buffalo
Are you feeling LUCKy, well are you?
Andrew Luck might finally be ready to be called the best quarterback in the NFL. Okay, Aaron Rodgers is probably still better right now. How about best QB in the AFC? Luck was sensational in 2014. He threw for 4761 yards and 40 touchdowns. Thanks to his new weapons, Luck is the man to bet on in 2015.
The difference between Luck this season and last season is that he’ll have a chance to throw the football to Andre Johnson. Johnson was routinely one of the best wide receivers year in and year out while playing for the Houston Texans. Now that he has a real QB to throw the football to him, Johnson’s numbers could explode.

Luck also gets the benefit of a real rushing attack this season. RB Frank Gore decided to sign a contract with the Colts after spending most of his time as a San Francisco 49’er. Gore, if he can stay healthy, will be very good for Luck. He’s still an excellent power back that can pick up massive amounts of yards.
Andrew Luck faces a tough defense in Buffalo. Great quarterbacks find a way to win, though. If Luck is truly a great quarterback, he’ll be able to break down Buffalo’s defense in Week 1.

Why Bet On Buffalo To Beat Indianapolis (-2.5)
Rex Ryan + Bill D = ?in Buffalo
Everywhere that Rex Ryan has gone, he’s brought an excellent defensive philosophy. The man that took QB Mark Sanchez and the Jets to a game from going to the Super Bowl is the same man that now brings his famed defensive approach to Buffalo. That makes for a great bet.

Indianapolis might face the toughest defense it’s going to face this season in Week 1. Buffalo’s D was loaded before Rex came to town. Mario Williams and Manny Lawson might be the best pair of defensive ends in all of football. Williams is an absolute beast. The linebackers are athletic while Leodis McKelvin is an underrated cornerback.
The Bills D looked very good during the pre-season. It held Carolina to 73 yards rushing. It held Cleveland to 81 yards rushing. It held Pittsburgh to 43 yards rushing. If Buffalo’s D can shut down the Colts’ rushing attack, the Bills can pressure Andrew Luck with the blitz and sit back and try and pick off his passes.
This is a very close game to pick a winner for. Buffalo looks ready to provide the money line upset in this battle because its defense is so good. The NFL betting spread of Colts -3 is where it should be, but Buffalo’s D will get it to the win. Bet the Bills. My final score predictions is Buffalo 20, Indianapolis 19
