New York Jets Vs. Buffalo Bills Snow Bowl 2014 OddsNoah Williams
UPDATE: The NFL has moved the New York Jets-Buffalo Bills game to 7 p.m. ET on Monday at Ford Field in Detroit.
Michael Vick, Percy Harvin, Rex Ryan and the New York Jets invade snowy Ralph Wilson Stadium to take on Fred Jackson, Sammy Watkins and the Buffalo Bills this Sunday at 1pm live on CBS.
The Bills are 5-5 heading into the game, while the Jets are 2-8.
Currently the status for the game is uncertain at best. The weather in Eastern New York this week in western New York is unprecedented, and its unrelenting fury has this game in jeopardy. Ralph Wilson Stadium is currently under an estimated 220,000 tons of snow and the Bills are offering to pay fans $10 an hour plus game tickets to help shovel the snow out.

And the deluge isn’t over. Forecasts indicate another two to three feet of snow could fall between now and Saturday.
Welcome to Snow Bowl 2014!
The league, not the Bills, will make the final determination on if the game will be played on time, delayed or postponed. The game could be pushed back to Monday, or perhaps shifted to aa neutral site Sunday or Monday. Toronto’s Rogers Centre, where the Bills played one regular-season game every year between 2008 and 2013, seems like the logical destination.

Analyzing the New York Jets Vs. Buffalo Bills Snow Bowl 2014 Odds
The New York Jets had a bye last week but they are coming off just their second win of what has been a miserable season. Michael Vick and the Jets D were able to beat the Pittsburgh Steelers two weeks ago in a game that showed everyone just how good the team could be without benched QB Gino Smith. Michael Vick has completed 55.9 percent of his passes with three touchdowns and an interception this season.
Buffalo is in third place in the AFC East and even at 5-5 they are still in the hunt for a wildcard spot in the playoffs. They are coming off a long week after losing to the Dolphins on Thursday Night in Week 11. The Bills too are winning with the QB that started the season on the bench. He has completed 64.9 percent of his passes with 10 touchdowns and three interceptions but he has been far less than spectacular.

The Jets defense is allowing 26.5 points per game, ranking it 28th in the NFL. They also allow 323.7 yards per game against which puts them at seventh. So how can they be 7th in yards against and 28th in points allowed? Their minus 11 turnover ratio.
The Bills defense allows 20.4 points per game, which ranks them ninth in the NFL, and 321.6 yards per gam which ranks them sixth while they have a plus seven turnover ratio.
Buffalo is 1-4 against the spread in their last five games, 1-5 against the spread against the AFC, and 0-4 against the spread in their last four home games. New York is 2-5 against the spread against the AFC, 1-4-2 against the spread following a win, and 1-5-1 against the spread following a cover. The home team has covered the point spread in four of the last five meetings of these two.
With a driving ban in the Buffalo area, the Bills haven’t practiced most of this week. Coaches have digitally sent videos of this week’s game plan, relying on the players to prep for the game on their own. Therefore, bet the New York Jets.
