Over/Under Picks NFL Week 10

Carolina Panthers at Pittsburgh Steelers
When: Thursday, Nov. 8 at 8:20 pm ET
Where: Heinz Field, Pittsburgh, PA
TV: FOX/NFL
Over/Under: 50

Analysis: The over is 5-3 in Carolina games. But in Carolina road games, the over’s only 1-2. The Panthers have gone over in their last couple. They beat Baltimore 36-21 to demolish over the 44 total. They beat Tampa Bay 42-28 to again dominate over the 55.5 total.

Pittsburgh’s games have gone under, though. The over is 3-1 in Steelers home games, but it’s only 1-2 in Pittsburgh’s last 3 games. That includes the Steelers 23-16 win over Baltimore in Week 9.

This game could go either way. The guess here’s that Pittsburgh’s defense continues to play well. I’m going under.

Over/Under Pick: Under 50

New Orleans Saints at Cincinnati Bengals
When: Sunday, Nov. 11 at 1:00 pm ET
Where: FirstEnergy Stadium, Cleveland, OH
TV: FOX
Over/Under: 55

Analysis: The total on Saints at Bengals should be closer to 60 than 55. New Orleans averages 35 points per game. That average doesn’t count the 45 they hung onto the L.A. Rams in Week 9. Cincinnati’s defense allows 447.8 yards per.

Opponents rush and pass against Cincinnati equally well. Teams actually average close to 30 points per versus the Bengals. Cincy only must contribute around 24 points for this go to over.

Over/Under Pick: Over 55

Buffalo Bills at New York Jets
When: Sunday, Nov. 11 at 1:00 pm ET
Where: MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, NJ
TV: CBS
Over/Under: 36.5

Analysis: Buffalo’s incredible ineptness led to a 9-41 loss to the Chicago Bears in Week 9. The Bills often play defense much better than what they did against Chicago, though. Linebacker Tremaine Edmunds was out with a concussion.

He should be ready to go against the Jets in Week 10. If he does play, Buffalo could hold the Jets to only 24 points or so. Because the best Buffalo will do is 7 to 10, this game should go under by around 2 to 5 points.

Over/Under Pick: Under 36.5
