Parlay Picks NFL Week 6

Can the rebuilding San Francisco 49ers put enough points on the board to keep pace with Kirk Cousins and a semi-desperate Washington Redskins team in Week 6?

Do Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers stand a chance of bouncing back from their stunning Week 5 loss to Jacksonville when they visit the undefeated Chiefs in Kansas City?

Last but not least, can Eli Manning and the absolutely reeling New York Giants get their act together against a Denver Broncos team that has looked very good since the start of the 2017 regular season?

If you like stringing wagers together as part of a potentially pay-day-producing parlay wager, then I’ve got a trio of outstanding Week 6 picks just for you!

2-Team Parlay Pick NFL Week 6

  • Washington Redskins
  • Kansas City Chiefs

San Francisco 49ers (0-5) at Washington Redskins (2-2)
When: Sunday, October 15, 2017 at 1:00 PM ET
Where: FedEx Field, Landover, Maryland
NFL Odds: Washington -11
Total: 46.5

Analysis: San Francisco has lost two straight games in overtime including their 26-23 Week 5 loss to Indianapolis this past weekend. The Washington Redskins are well-rested after getting a Week 5 bye following their 29-20 hard-fought loss to Kansas City. 54 percent of public bettors already like th Skins in this one and I agree, seeing as how Washington can put points on the board in a hurry and the Niners really can’t under the direction of mediocre quarterback Brian Hoyer.

The Redskins are a perfect 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games following an ATS loss, 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games following a straight-up loss and 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games against a team with a losing record while the favorite in this NFC series has gone 5-1-2 ATS in the last eight meetings. I’m not overly fond of the double-digit spread, but I like Kirk Cousins and company to narrowly cover it!

Pick: Washington -11

Pittsburgh Steelers (3-2) at Kansas City Chiefs (5-0)
When: Sunday, October 15, 2017 at 4:25 PM ET
Where: Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City, Missouri
NFL Odds: Kansas City -4
Total: 46

Analysis: I’m just going to come right out and say it. Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers are in trouble against Alex Smith and a Kansas City Chiefs team that is clearly the best team in all of football right now. Roethlisberger looked as bad as he ever has in Pittsburgh’s stunning 30-9 home loss to Jacksonville this past weekend while Kansas City looked outstanding in getting past Deshaun Watson and a Houston Texans team that just wouldn’t quit in Sunday night’s 42-34 road win in the Lone Star state.

Pittsburgh isn’t even average 20 points per game this season and they’re going to have trouble keeping pace with a Kansas City team that is putting up a stellar 32.8 points per contest and now has weapons everywhere!

Pick: Kansas City -4

3-Team Parlay Pick NFL Week 6

  • Washington Redskins
  • Kansas City Chiefs
  • Denver Broncos

New York Giants (0-5) at Denver Broncos (3-1)
When: Sunday, October 15, 2017 at 8:30 PM ET
Where: Sports Authority Field, Denver, Colorado
NFL Odds: Denver -12
Total: 40.5

Analysis: I’m not going to lie. I feel like a bit of a fool, seeing as how I picked the Giants to challenge for the NFC East crown and conference championship, but hey, I don’t think anyone saw the mess coming that New York has become this season. Broncos quarterback Trevor Siemian is playing excellent football and the Broncos’ defense is as stingy as every thanks to Von Miller and company.

Eli Manning and the G-Men are in for a long night this coming Sunday! The 12-point spread looks a bit high, but right now, Denver can’t go wrong while nothing is going right for the Giants who will be without superstar wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. for the remainder of the season after he broke his ankle this past weekend. Denver is 3-0-1 in their last four games and a perfect 4-0 in their last four meetings against the Giants.

Pick: Denver -12
