The Tennessee Titans snapped their four-game losing streak in their Week 6 matchup against lowly Jacksonville.
Now the Titans will look to extend their winning ways when they visit a Washington team that is looking to snap its own four-game skid.
Let’s take a look at which one of the two dysfunctional teams is going to cover the week 7 NFL betting line in this contest.

Washington (1-5 SU, 2-4 ATS) has lost four straight games and got man-handled in its 30-20 Week 6 loss to Arizona as a 5.5-point.
Washington has lost a whopping 13 of their last 14 games dating back to last season and have given up a whopping average of 34.8 points per game in dropping each of their last four games since pounding winless Jacksonville 41-10 on Sept. 14.
"If I had one area, where I could say, `well, we need to improve right here,’ I think we’d have a great understanding of what we need to do," Gruden said.
Washington has committed 10 turnovers in the last three games and is tied for the worst turnover margin (-9) in the league heading into this matchup.
"I told our team this game is not that hard to figure out," Gruden said. "The team that makes plays usually wins. The team that doesn’t turn the ball over usually wins, the team that creates turnovers. We are not doing anything. It is a broken record every time I stand up (to the podium)."
Gruden once Griffin cleared and ready mentally and physically, he'll be the starter. Said could be one week, could be five weeks.

Tennessee (2-4 SU, 1-4-1 ATS) snapped their four-game skid by beating Jacksonville 16-14 in Week 6 to cash in as a 4.5-point favorite
Tennessee limited Jacksonville to just 82 rushing yards after giving up an average of 154.3 per game during their four-game slide.
"It felt like a long time," tight end Delanie Walker said. "It feels good. So, hopefully we can keep this going."
The Titans could be without starting quarterback Jake Locker as he continues to recover from a thumb injury.
"It’s going to be a progression of where it goes from there, when he gets back out," Whisenhunt said. "It’s coming. It’s getting better."
Backup Charlie Whitehurst has thrown three touchdown passes and one interception in three contests.

Both teams in this contest are a complete mess, leading me to believe that an Over/Under Total play is the best way to go for this contest.
The Under is 6-2 in Tennessee’s last eight games, but the Over is 4-1 in Washington’s last five games and an identical 4-1 in the last five meetings between these two teams.
Neither of these teams can generally stop running water, which is why I say, play the Over.
As an aside, the underdog and road team in this series are an identical 4-0 ATS in their last 4 meetings.
