Upset Picks NFL Week 13

If you’re looking for upset value once week 13 of the 2017 regular season gets underway, look no further. I’ve got a trio of upset picks that fit the bill!

Upset Picks NFL Week 13

In today’s often topsy-turvy NFL, where teams pull a ‘Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde’ on a weekly basis, it’s not a matter of if when it comes to upsets. it’s really more like ‘who’ is going to get upset once the new week gets underway. Two more upsets this past weekend illustrate the point I’m getting at.

Washington at Dallas
When: Thursday, November 30 at 8:25 PM ET
Where: AT&T Stadium, Arlington, TX
TV: NBC
NFL Odds: Dallas -1.5

There’s a reason why 62 percent of public bettors are already backing the Washington Redskins to get it done in this contest and it’s because the Dallas Cowboys are playing awful football. Making matter worse, the Cowboys’ weakness, their pass defense, will be in direct trouble against Washington’s strength, (their passing attack) in this Week 13 NFC East divisional matchup.

If you hate Dallas, Jerry Jones and everything the ‘Boys stand for, then it’s party time. Washington has scored 30 or more in two of their last three and the Skins are the pick to win this one outright to cover the chalk!

Upset Pick NFL Week 13: Washington SU Win

Denver at Miami
When: Sunday, December 3 at 1:00 PM ET
Where: Hard Rock Stadium, Miami, FL
TV: FOX
NFL Odds: Miami -1

You know things are bad in Miami when the Dolphins have lost five straight, yet I’m going with the Denver Broncos to snap their own pitiful seven-game skid and get the road win in this Week 13 matchup!

Denver has serious problems at quarterback where Trevor Siemian, Brock Osweiler, and Paxton Lynch have all been underwhelming, to put it mildly. Yet, somehow, I’d take every one of those signal-callers over Miami’s Jay Cutler.

59 percent of public bettors like Miami to cover the chalk, but I’m rolling with the Broncos to snap their longest losing streak since I was a one-year-old, seeing as how Denver is statistically better on both sides of the ball!

Upset Pick NFL Week 13: Denver SU Win

Minnesota at Atlanta
When: Sunday, December 3 at 1:00 PM ET
Where: Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta, GA
TV: FOX
NFL Odds: Atlanta -3

The Atlanta Falcons have won three straight and four of five and look a lot more like the team that won the NFC a year ago. Then again, the Falcons have beaten the likes of the lowly Jets, Cowboys, and Buccaneers along the way, so, really, I’m not impressed if you want me to be honest about it.

I’m going to urge you to roll with the 52 percent of public bettors that like the Minnesota Vikings in this contest, seeing as how the Vikes have won seven straight, have a powerful defense and are now putting points on the board in a big way behind the revitalized Case Keenum of all people!

Defense still wins championships people and the last time I checked, there’s only one team in this matchup that plays competent defense every time they take the field! Minnesota wins outright to stay red-hot!

Upset Pick NFL Week 13: Minnesota SU win
