NFL Week 7 Parlay Betting Picks

NFL Week 1 Betting Cheat Sheet

The NFL season kicks off with the suddenly un-suspended Tom Brady and the 6-point favorite Patriots hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers. Sorry, Jimmy Garoppolo fans, this one will be Brady vs. Big Ben. This game will everything anyone talks about all week. Or is it anything everyone will talk about? Anyways, there is another game you should mark down in your NFL week 1 betting calendar.

It’s the game I have waited all summer for. Numero uno vs numero dos. Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota. Both rookies are impressing coaching staff, but while Winston is a sure fire start, Mariota may have to wait his turn with the stellar play of Mettenberger.

Enough of the jibber jabber, let’s get to my NFL Week 1 Betting Cheat Sheet.

Pittsburgh losing RB Le’Veon Bell and WR Martavis Bryant for this game isn’t necessarily the death knell. Losing C Maurkice Pouncey might be. Oh, and QB Tom Brady is playing.

Location: Chicago, Illinois
Stadium: Soldier Field
Spread: Packers -6.5
Game Total: 49.5

Radio: Green Bay Vs Chicago

Green Bay should win, but this game will be achingly close. Chicago has looked great. A change in coaches from Marc Trestman to John Fox has made the Bears tough again. But, Green Bay will win.
Pick:  Green Bay

Start Time: 1:00 p.m. ET
Location: Houston, Texas
Stadium: NRG Stadium
TV Info: CBS
Spread: Texans -1
Game Total: 41
Stream: CBS Sports
Radio: Kansas City Vs Houston

KC’s offense is going to be much more effective with WR Jeremy Maclin than it was with WR Dwayne Bowe. Expect KC to beat Houston because Houston’s offense doesn’t look very good. Read more here.
Pick: Kansas City

Matchup: Cleveland Browns at New York Jets

Location: East Rutherford, NJ
Stadium: MetLife Stadium
Spread: Jets -3
Game Total: 40.5

The Jets looked great during the off-season. QB Ryan Fitzpatrick is a much better fit than Geno Smith would have been. The defense is solid.
Pick:  New York Jets

Matchup: Indianapolis Colts at Buffalo Bills
Date: Sunday, Sept 13th, 2015
Start Time: 1:00 p.m. ET
Location: Buffalo, New York
Stadium: Ralph Wilson Stadium
Spread: Colts -3
Game Total: 46
TV Info: CBS
Stream: CBS Sports
Radio: Indianapolis Vs Buffalo

Here’s your upset of the week. As good as Indianapolis is expected to be this season, beating Buffalo at home will be tough. The Bills are loaded on defense. They can get to QB Andrew Luck with 4 rushers.
Pick: Buffalo

Matchup: Miami Dolphins at Washington
Date: Sunday, Sept 13th, 2015
Start Time: 1:00 p.m. ET
Location: Landover, Maryland
Stadium: FedEx Field
TV Info: CBS
Spread: Dolphins -3.5
Game Total: 43.5
Stream: CBS Sports
Radio: Miami Vs Washington

You have to like Miami this season. With Ndamukong Suh along the defensive line, the Dolphins should be ready to wreak havoc on opposing offenses. Still, there is a sense of calm in Washington now that RGIII is on the bench. Plus, Washington has an excellent running back in Alfred Morris.
Pick: Washington

Matchup: Carolina Panthers at Jacksonville Jaguars
Date: Sunday, Sept 13th, 2015
Start Time: 1:00 p.m. ET
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Stadium: EverBank Field
Spread: Panthers -3
Game Total: 41
TV Info: FOX
Stream: Fox Sports Go
Radio: Carolina Vs Jacksonville

The Jaguars has every right to upset Carolina in the first game of the season. Jacksonville’s QB Blake Bortles has looked very good during the pre-season and the defense appears good enough for this matchup. Carolina should be terrific on D, but the jury is still out regarding the offense.
Pick: Jacksonville

Matchup: Seattle Seahawks at St. Louis Rams
Date: Sunday, Sept 13th, 2015
Start Time: 1:00 p.m. ET
Location: St. Louis, MO
Stadium: Edward Jones Dome
Spread: Seahawks -4
Game Total: 41.5
TV Info: FOX
Stream: Fox Sports Go
Radio: Seattle Vs St. Louis

Seattle is going to learn quickly whether or not getting rid of Center Max Unger for TE Jimmy Graham was the right move. So far, the offensive line hasn’t looked good at all. St. Louis’ defense could be one of the best in the NFL. Go with the upset minded Rams.
Pick: St. Louis

Matchup: New Orleans Saints at Arizona Cardinals
Date: Sunday, Sept 13th, 2015
Start Time: 4:05 p.m. ET
Location: Glendale, Arizona
Stadium: U of Phoenix Stadium
Spread: Cardinals -2.5
Game Total: 47
TV Info: FOX
Stream: Fox Sports Go
Radio: New Orleans Vs Arizona

The Saints offense appears to be better than it was last season. That’s what happens when you lean heavily on a good rushing attack and give your QB, in this case Drew Brees, time. Arizona’s offensive line appears shaky. Yet another upset in Week 1.
Pick: New Orleans

Matchup: Detroit Lions at San Diego Chargers
Date: Sunday, Sept 13th, 2015
Start Time: 4:05 p.m. ET
Location: San Diego, California
Stadium: Qualcomm Stadium
Spread: Chargers -3
Game Total: 45.5
TV Info: FOX
Stream: Fox Sports Go
Radio: Detroit Vs San Diego

San Diego looked like an easy pick at first, but during the pre-season, Detroit QB Matthew Stafford has been sharp. It’s tough not to back Detroit considering San Diego’s possible issues on defense.
Pick: San Diego

Matchup: Tennessee Titans at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Date: Sunday, Sept. 13th, 2015
Start Time: 4:25 p.m. ET
Location: Tampa, Florida
Stadium: Raymond James Stadium
TV Info: CBS
Spread: Bucs -3
Game Total: 42
Stream: CBS Sports
Radio: Tennessee Vs Tampa Bay

Tampa Bay’s offensive line hasn’t gelled. The Bucs were sacked 6 times versus the Browns during the pre-season. Tennessee has the better offense. Go with the Titans.
Pick: Tennessee

Matchup: Cincinnati Bengals at Oakland Raiders
Date: Sunday, Sept 13th, 2015
Start Time: 4:25 p.m. ET
Location: Oakland, California
Stadium: O.co Coliseum
Spread: Bengals -3
Game Total: 44
TV Info: CBS
Stream: CBS Sports
Radio: Cincinnati Vs Oakland

This is a much tougher game than any might expect. Cincinnati is one of the favorites to win the ultra-competitive AFC North. But, Oakland’s defense is really good. Oakland’s offense will be helped by WR Amari Cooper.
Pick: Oakland

Matchup: Baltimore Ravens at Denver Broncos
Date: Sunday, Sept 13th, 2015
Start Time: 4:25 p.m. ET
Location: Denver, Colorado
Stadium: Sports Authority Field at Mile High
Spread: Broncos -4.5
Game Total: 49.5
TV Info: CBS
Stream: CBS Sports
Radio: Baltimore Vs Denver

Denver’s defense looks slightly better than Baltimore’s at this time. The Ravens were a solid pick to upset Denver in Week 1, but after the pre-season it appears that Denver’s emphasis on the running game will only help Peyton and the passing attack.
Pick: Denver

Matchup: New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys
Date: Sunday, Sept 13th, 2015
Start Time: 8:25 p.m. ET
Location: Arlington, Texas
Stadium: AT&T Stadium
Spread: Cowboys -5
Game Total: 51.5
TV Info: NBC
Stream: NBC Sports Live Extra
Radio: New York Vs Dallas

Dallas’ rushing game should be good if Darren McFadden can stay healthy. The Giants appear to have a lot of weapons, but it’s going to be difficult for them to upset the Cowboys in Week 1 in Big D.
Pick: Dallas

Matchup: Philadelphia Eagles at Atlanta Falcons
Date: Monday, Sept. 14th, 2015
Start Time: 7:10 p.m. ET
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Stadium: Georgia Dome
Spread: Eagles -2.5
Game Total: 55
TV Info: ESPN
Stream: Watch ESPN
Radio: Philadelphia Vs Atlanta

Great offense versus a much improved defense is what highlights this game. Philadelphia’s offense has looked unstoppable. Atlanta’s defense will be better, but not good enough.
Pick: Philadelphia

Matchup: Minnesota Vikings at San Francisco 49ers
Date: Monday, Sept. 14th, 2015
Start Time: 10:20 p.m. ET
Location: Santa Clara, California
Stadium: Levi’s Stadium
Spread: Vikings -2.5
Game Total: 41.5
TV Info: ESPN
Stream: Watch ESPN
Radio: Minnesota Vs San Francisco

Minnesota could be a surprise team in the NFC North. QB Teddy Bridgewater is an excellent decision-maker while the best running back in the NFL, Adrian Peterson, is back in the fold. The defense will shut down San Francisco’s offense.
Pick: Minnesota
