NFL Week 3 ATS Betting Analysis
Tennessee Titans -1½ vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
After a stunning win over Cleveland in Week 1 where they laid 43 onto the Browns, Tennessee came back down to earth in Week 2 with a 17-19 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. The Titans won both games against the Jaguars last season. Jacksonville played well when losing to Houston, but with their starting quarterback, Nick Foles, still out with an injury, the Jags will be hard-pressed to score points versus the tough Titans’ defense.
Pick: Tennessee Titans -1½
New York Jets +19 vs. New England Patriots
Wow. Mono, huh? Really, Sam? Really? Jets’ quarterback Sam Darnold is out with, no kidding, mono. Darnold does have a high schooler face. So, it sort of makes some sense. In any case, the Jets should still move the ball some in this game. Not only that, but the Patriots dominated the Dolphins in Week 2, they could bounce in this, and the line is ridiculous.
Pick: New York Jets +19
Cincinnati Bengals vs. Buffalo Bills -6
The Bengals turned back into the Bungles in Week 2. Cincinnati lost 17-41 to the San Francisco 49ers. Buffalo is 2-0. They beat the Giants by a couple of touchdowns in the second week. They should beat the Bengals by at least 10 points on Sunday.
Pick: Buffalo Bills -6
Oakland Raiders vs. Minnesota Vikings -7 ½
The Oakland Raiders gave it their all. They’re just not as good as the Kansas City Chiefs. They’re also not as good as the Minnesota Vikings, who lost a real tough one against rival Green Bay in their last.
Pick: Minnesota Vikings -7 ½
Miami Dolphins vs. Dallas Cowboys -21 ½
In Miami’s defense, they’ve had to battle the Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots in their first two games of the season. Those are two of the top teams in the NFL. In Week 3, the Fins should…oh, wait. Dallas is one of the best teams in the NFL as well. Yeah. Another Sunday means another Miami loss SU and ATS.
Pick: Dallas Cowboys -21 ½
