What Is The Titans Vs Texans Line?

NFL Week 4 Parlay Picks – Steelers + Texans + Saints = ???

Gaining an edge in the NFL often times means thinking about key injuries and how those injuries might affect its various teams. For example, Pittsburgh lost their starting QB, NFL MVP candidate Ben Roethlisberger, to a knee injury in Week 3.

But, Pittsburgh has a viable NFL veteran back-up in Michael Vick to take over. Not only that, but the Steelers face a bad defense in Baltimore on Thursday night. Atlanta has gone through three tough weeks versus NFC East opponents. Even if they don’t let up, they might have trouble covering the spread versus Houston. The third game of the parlay pits New Orleans at home against Dallas.

NFL Week 4 Two-Team Parlay Pick

  • Pittsburgh Steelers  +3
  • Houston Texans +6.5

Baltimore Ravens at Pittsburgh Steelers
When: Thursday, Oct. 1 at 5:25 pm ET
Odds: Baltimore -3

Analysis: Losing Big Ben is huge for the Steelers. But, it might not be that huge for Week 5. Although Michael Vick is not even close to being as good as Ben Roethlisberger, he’s not a terrible quarterback. He won’t beat you, he can keep plays going with his legs, and he doesn’t often make mistakes.

More importantly, Pittsburgh faces a Ravens team that left it all on the field against Cincinnati in Week 4. The Ravens have to be tired and this is a short week for them. Also, Baltimore is allowing only 84 yards rushing a game, but 294 yards passing a game. Vick will be able to hit both TE Heath Miller and RB Le’Veon Bell over the middle in this one.

Houston Texans at Atlanta Falcons
When:  Sunday, Oct. 4 at 1 pm ET
Odds: Atlanta -6.5

Analysis: The Falcons have definitely been one of the more impressive teams in the NFL this season. Atlanta is definitely a team to watch. But after 3 tough games, including 2 on the road, versus hard-hitting teams in the NFC East, don’t you think that Atlanta can be forgiven if they aren’t exactly fired up to take on JJ Watt and Houston’s very good defense this Sunday?

Houston will shut down the Falcons’ rushing attack. Texans’ WR De’Andre Hopkins has become a nightmare to cover. He has 22 catches, 251 yards, and 3 touchdowns in 3 games. This one has upset written all over it.

NFL Week 4 Three-Team Parlay Pick

  • Pittsburgh Steelers +3
  • Houston Texans +6.5
  • New Orleans Saints Off

Dallas Cowboys at New Orleans Saints
When: Sunday, Oct. 4 at 8:30 pm ET
Odds: Off

Analysis: So far, the line is off. If Saints’ QB Drew Brees plays, New Orleans will be a slight favorite. If Brees doesn’t play, Dallas will be a slight favorite or it will be a pick’em game. Either way, the Saints figure to garner their first win of the season.

QB Brandon Weeden for Dallas got hot, but then the entire offense imploded in the second half against Atlanta. New Orleans has played well in 3 straight games. They’ve been in every game until the fourth quarter so far this season. They aren’t the worst 0 and 3 team in the NFL. They should beat a Cowboys’ squad without QB Tony Romo and WR Dez Bryant.
