NFL Week 7 Upset Picks – More Favorites To Fall in Week 7

NFL Week 7 Upset Picks – More Favorites To Fall

Another NFL betting week is in the books and it was a great one. Shocking comebacks and surprising upsets remain the theme for the 2014 NFL season. Click here for NFL week 7 betting lines.

The Cowboys’ stunning defeat of the Seahawks at CenturyLink Field, the Eagles’ shutout of the Giants on Sunday Night Football, the return of Patriots, the Browns’ convincing beat down of the Steelers, and of course, the Panthers and Bengals 37-37 tie game.

With that said, here are my NFL week 7 upset picks that you need to bet on TODAY!

NFL Week 7 Upset Picks – More Favorites To Fall in Week 7

Cincinnati at Indianapolis
When: Sun, Oct. 19
Where: Lucas Oil Stadium
Kickoff: 1:00 PM ET
Spread: Indianapolis -3

Analysis: I know the Bengals blew a golden opportunity in tying Carolina 37-all on Sunday while Indianapolis has won four straight, but the Bengals’ last two performances is one of the big reasons I believe an upset could take place in this matchup.

The Colts have won six of their last seven home games, but the Bengals are kind of desperate right now and it really wouldn’t be that much of an ‘upset’ if they do win outright. Make no mistake about it, this Week 7 matchup has the chance to be the most entertaining game on the entire Week7 docket.

My Pick: Cincinnati Bengals +3 Points

New Orleans at Detroit
When: Sun, Oct. 19
Where: Ford Field
Kickoff: 1:00 PM ET
Spread: Detroit -2.5

Analysis: Drew Brees and the Saints are stumblin’ and bumblin’ right now, but in the now infamous words of Aaron Rodgers, I say “r-e-l-a-x” as the Saints still have outstanding quarterback Drew Brees leading the way. I know Detroit has a boatload of talent, but they can still be a pretty immature team at times – and this game represents one of those occasions for me.

With New Orleans playing in the comfort of a domed stadium – and entering total desperation mode as the midway point of the 2014 NFL regular season approaches – I like the Saints to get the outright road win against a Lions team that is just 3-6 ATS in its last nine home games.

My Pick: New Orleans +3 Points

Kansas City at San Diego
When: Sun, Oct. 19
Where: Qualcomm Stadium
Kickoff: 4:05 PM ET
Spread: San Diego -5

Analysis: I warned NFL bettors everywhere before the season started that I was expecting the San Diego Chargers to challenge for the AFC crown and I certainly still am, after seeing them rip off five straight wins coming into this contest.

Nevertheless, this is an AFC West divisional contest and I have a funny feeling that it’s going to turn into a classic field goal contest that ends up being decided by three points at most, just like each of the last two meetings between these longtime rivals.

The Chiefs looked fantastic in pounding New England 41-14 two weeks ago and out up another very good effort in their narrow, 22-17 Week 5 road loss to San Francisco.

My Pick: Kansas City +5 Points
