Will the Jaguars win a game this season?

The answer to that question is no, at least not this week as they travel to Tennessee to take on the Titans who are coming off one of their best performances of the season. It´s been a while since we all last saw Titans running back Chris Johnson have a game like he did last week and I expect a repeat against the worst run defense in the League. Jacksonville will look to load up the box in this game but I don’t see that doing much good because of how well the Titans QB has developed over the last few weeks with his offense.

The Jaguars are broken in so many places that it looks like the players are simply playing for their checks, fans have stopped going and the franchise is in free fall. It can almost be said that they are tanking this season for the draft picks in the offseason, given their desperate need for a franchise QB. This team will run the ball and look for the over the middle pass, they will give up all the yards possible on defense trying to figure out what type of offense to stop.

Tennessee is actually looking very good, they are at .500 but have developed their offense with QB Jake locker as their starter, he has improved his release time and accuracy over these last few weeks and I see the timing with his receivers is on queue. Running back Chris Johnson still needs to go out and perform but I believe he will be as motivated as ever in this game given what he did last week and the lack of efficiency from the Jaguars from line.

What to expect:

Yet another big spread for a team playing the Jaguars and even though the last two opponents favored by double digits did not cover, I expect the Titans to really run all over this team, Johnson is on a mission to rebuild his name as an elite running back in this League and for that he needs to take advantage of games like this. The Titans are -13 in this one while the total is 41, I think Tennessee not only wins this game by two touchdowns or more but I think they shut the Jaguars out leaving them pointless in the end, take the under 41, those are my picks for this one.
