NHL Playoffs Round 1 Predictions – The Best Exact Series Prices

No Love Lost In This Game

This will be the third and final game of the season between the two teams as they look to each get that coveted win to take the series, anyone who follows hockey knows that these two teams don´t really like each other, they find a reason to duke things out almost every time they play and now with one win a piece this game will be one of the most important regular season games this year. The Canadian Olympic gold medal hockey team´s MVP , Sidney Crosby is the man of the hour while at the same time he is the starting forward for Pittsburgh, call it a secret weapon if you may.

NHL – Montreal Canadiens vs. Pittsburgh Penguins
The Metropolitan division leaders Pittsburgh Penguins host the Montreal Canadians this Thursday Night in the NHL.
Starts: 02/27/2014 7:00PM
CONSOL Energy Center, 1001 Fifth Avenue
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Montreal is playing against one of its own in this game but that will not get in the way, this is the NHL and the goal now is to win the Stanley Cup with your respected team. The Canadians are led on offense by P.K. Subban who has 39 points this season to go along with his 31 assists, he is the center man that really accounts for most of the teams goals, his ability to go unseen and be in the right place is impressive, Pittsburgh will really have to make sure he is in their eyes at all times.

Sidney Crosby leads the Penguins with 78 points, 50 assists and 28 goals this season alone, he is on route for another MVP award with the way he is playing and the best part of it is that he is getting his teammates involved, attracting the double coverage to then pass the puck and get the score. This team also moves up and down the ice very well, they are clean but very aggressive, the important part for them in this one will be penalty minutes, they need to control that to win it all.

Pittsburgh is -210 in this game and normally anything over -190 I take the dog +1.5 goals because of the juice but this is one of those cases that the favorite is simply better in all aspects and will deliver possibly a shutout in this one.
