Should you bet on the Steelers to beat the Jaguars?

Last week the Steelers put the NFL on notice by steamrolling the Panthers by a 52-21 score. Straight-up Pittsburgh is 6-2-1 overall and 3-0-1 away from Heinz Field. For against the spread bettors, the Steelers are 6-3 ATS overall, 3-1 ATS on the road, and 3-3 ATS as a favorite.

Now Pittsburgh faces a team it lost to twice on home field in the same year twice. That’s right the Jags beat the Steelers at Heinz Field twice in the same season. It happened in 2007 and last season. That should be motivation enough for this Steeler team to bring the big hurt to the Sunshine State this Sunday.

Heading into this game, the Steelers have won five in a row while the Jaguars have lost five consecutive games.

Should you bet on the Jaguars to beat the Steelers?

A year ago the Jaguars handed the Steelers two of their four losses, including a 45-42 loss in an AFC divisional round playoff game at Heinz Field.

But this is a different Jaguars team. Straight-up Jacksonville is 3-6 overall and 2-3 at home. For bettors, the Jags ATS record this season is 3-5-1 overall, 2-2 at home, and 1-2-1 as an underdog or pick. Are those two Jaguars wins on the Steelers’ home turf last season enough to warrant a bet on Jacksonville?

There are two big reasons to bet on the Jaguars. Jacksonville is ranked third in the NFL in total defense at 319.1 yards against and ranked 1st against the pass while allowing 215.4 yards through the air.

If the Jaguars don’t beat the Steelers, they can start their offseason early.

ATS Pick Steelers vs. Jaguars NFL Week 11

How are the Jaguars a 5.5-point home underdog against a team they beat on the road twice last season? I am just as surprised as you are even though the Jags have disappointed all season long.

Leonard Fournette is back and he takes the pressure off of Blake Bortles, so to see the Jaguars getting nearly a TD at home here is too much value to pass on. Bet the Jaguars ATS. If you find a Steelers -3 line, then jump on Pittsburgh against the spread.

How To Bet The Dallas Cowboys vs. Atlanta Falcons Moneyline Odds & Pick

Moneyline Odds & Pick Dallas vs Atlanta NFL Week 11

The Dallas Cowboys ride into the Mercedes-Benz Stadium this weekend to face the Atlanta Falcons. Kick-off is this Sunday at 1 PM ET. The NFL Week 11 odds favor Atlanta by a field goal. If you are betting Dallas straight-up, then the Cowboys pay +150 on the moneyline. The point total is 48.5 for over/under bets.

Should you bet on Dallas to beat Atlanta?

The Cowboys are riding high after their biggest win of the season. Dallas outlasted the defending Super Bowl champion Eagles on Sunday Night Football. Should you bet on the Cowboys moneyline straight-up? Will Dallas win back-to-back games for the first time in 2018?

Leading the way for Dallas is Ezekiel Elliott who ranks second in the NFL in rushing with 831 yards. He has rushed for 4 TDs and caught another 2. Last week Elliot rushed for 151 yards and a TD on 19 carries and caught six passes for 36 yards and a touchdown. That’s 7.48 yards per touch. Good news for Zeke, the Falcons rank 21st in the NFL, giving up 119.9 rushing per game.

Dallas is 4-5 straight up and 1-4 on the road this season. Against the spread, the Cowboys are 4-5 overall, 2-3 on the road, and 3-2 as an underdog or pick.

Should you bet on Atlanta to beat Dallas?

The Falcons went into Cleveland last week and lost to Baker Mayfield and upstart Browns. Now 4-5 SU on the season, everything has to go right for a hometown Falcons Super Bowl. The first thing Atlanta needs to go right is a win over the Cowboys. But is because the Falcons need to win enough of a reason for you to bet on them to win?

For bettors, the Falcons haven’t been a sure bet. Atlanta’s ATS record is 3-4 overall. At home, the Falcons are 2-3 ATS and 2-4 as a favorite.

If not for Atlanta’s 2nd ranked pass offense (337.2 ypg) offsetting its 30th ranked rush offense (89.8) then opponents would be blowing the Falcons 30th ranked (414.3 yards against) defense every week.

Plus the Cowboys are 1-4 outright on the road.

Moneyline Odds Pick Dallas Cowboys vs. Atlanta Falcons NFL Week 11

Dallas won last week and has yet to win back to back games all season. The odds are +150 that changes this week.

I am going AGAINST the betting trends even though the Falcons have won the last three meetings, most recently 27-7 in 2017 at the Georgia Dome. My straight-up moneyline pick to win is the Dallas Cowboys. Bet the moneyline to win 50% of your wager.

Line & Pick Carolina vs Detroit NFL Week 11

Line & Pick Carolina vs Detroit NFL Week 11

After a mini bye-week, the Carolina Panthers are on the road to face the Detroit Lions. The NFL Week 11 betting line favors Carolina by 4-points to win. If you are betting underdog Detroit straight-up, then the Lions pay +170 on the moneyline. The game total is 51-points for over/under bets.

Line & Pick Carolina Panthers vs. Detroit Lions NFL Week 11

What: NFL Week 11
Who: Carolina Panthers vs. Detroit Lions
Where: Ford Field 2000 Brush St, Detroit, MI 48226
When: 1 PM ET, Sunday, November 18

Spread: Panthers -4
Moneyline: CAR -200/DET +170
Total: 51

Should you bet on Carolina to beat Detroit?

The Panthers had a long week to lick their wounds after a 51-24 loss at the hands of the Steelers last Thursday. Carolina had won its previous three games and sits second in the NFC South at 6-3.

"Guys trying to do things that they don’t need to try to do," Panthers head coach Ron Rivera said. "A lot of good things happened for a three-game stretch, and unfortunately, we made mistakes. Sometimes you’ve got to take your medicine. … A very humbling experience to get beat the way we did."

Powered by the run-happy duo of Cam Newton and Christian McCaffrey, Carolina’s rushing offense ranks third in the league with 138.4 yards per game. The team’s soft spot this season is the defense. The Panthers’ rank 22nd in passing yards allowed at 272.9.

Should you bet on Detroit to beat Carolina?

Detroit may have 3-6 record straight-up, but against the spread, both the Lions and Panthers are both 5-4. The Lions’ offense hasn’t impressed in its last two games against the Vikings and Lions losing by a combined score of 58-31.

The Lions rank in the bottom half rushing offense, passing offense, total offense, rushing defense, and total defense. The only bright spot for Detroit is its passing defense that ranks 7th in the league at 248.9 yards against.

Carolina Panthers vs Detroit Lions NFL Week 11 Pick

Both defenses stink in this matchup. Carolina will want to score early and often after putting up a stinker last week. This tilt is primed for plenty of scoring! I am picking the total point score going over 51 when Carolina and Detroit face off in this NFL Week 11 matchup.
